The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) are gearing up for a "significant and serious" response to Iran's massive missile attack on Israel earlier this week. In preparation, the Israeli Air Force is conducting a large-scale exercise in the Negev Desert, simulating strikes on Iranian targets and long-range missions. This comes just a day after Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei delivered a speech threatening further attacks if Israel retaliates for the Oct 1 missile barrage, which saw 181 Iranian missiles launched at Israel, injuring two people. As tensions continue to escalate, the IDF's drill sends a clear message that Israel is prepared to take decisive action against Iran in response to the unprecedented attack on its territory.
