Super clean, well maintained, not crowded, orderly and safe. People are almost shy or private, I would say. However, if you get to know a Norwegian, they can be a friend for life. You can get to know them through the super social Filipina wives, however. That was our trick when we visited.

I was there with my Filipina wife and we met several Filipinas there, married to Norwegians. Nobody was complaining about racism and I didn't see anything like that. There was an airbnb guy that we were renting from that seemed to show some apprehension toward my wife, which I thought was weird. The bigger barrier is that they are private and hard to get to know.

Haha mahirap kaya mag work sa norway pag di ka marunog sa language nila. Hindi madali ang life sa expensive na country.unless may nka pag asawa ka nag taga diyan or what.lols
