Changing Strings on a Ukulele with String-Through Bridge

Some Flight ukuleles, especially those from the Royal series, have special string-through bridge, which helps the top to vibrate and creates a fuller sound. However, this bridge system is not very common and we have received some questions about it.
In response, we have shot this little tutorial to help you change the strings on your string-through bridge ukulele!

It would be handy to see what knot you are tying.

Thanks for your comment. A double or triple overhand knot should be fine for this application; some people also like to tie the string to a bead. www.animatedknots.com/double-overhand-stopper-knot

I watched a better vid than this. He explained the way to properly tie the knots on the various strings. Also a better way wind the strings.

I doubt, that the knot makes a difference. But who knows....
