Just to help a bit with traditional high society English. What you called the “rest rooms” would sound more like a bathroom and the locker rooms are called closets. The living room seemed much more like a parlor which is where the wealthy keep their guests as the living room is generally more cluttered and lived in and used by the occupants rather than guests. To make the house a bit more fancy you could’ve put more expensive furniture in a more elegant manner and set up the living room more in an entertaining manner to create a drawing room which is one step up above a parlor. Just to summarize everything, the level of formality goes, Den -> Family Room -> Living Room -> Parlor -> Drawing Room.

為什麼用蹲式馬桶🤔
因为浴室面积比较大，想要浴室显得饱满就必须塞东西或者放置比较大的物体，游戏里面蹲厕的体积从视觉上比马桶大，构图会比较好看，所以就用蹲厕了，实在看不习惯自己改成马桶也行😁
