Hi thank you! Yes, as it was explained to me, they raise residency fees here every time they raise minimum wage to keep foreigners from taking Mexican jobs. I'm sure there are a few other reasons for it as well, but that is one of them.

I'm in love with your videos. I'm actually looking to buy in Puerto Vallarta, but ran onto your channel a few days ago and got me hooked up. Nice homes for a decent price. I have never been to lake Chapala, who knows I might go visit just to satisfy my curiosity. Looking forward to your next video.
