What element (Pressure/Temperature) causes pilot operated valve to actuate? Because in video you are telling as temperature increase, excess pressure release. I believe, instead of temperature it should be pressure ?? Please clear.

Ok that first diagram shown on there is a dry valve. A deluge valve doesn't have a clapper.
