The Cochlear™ Baha® System is different than hearing aids. It uses the body’s natural ability to conduct sound through bone conduction, and has the potential to make an immediate and positive impact on how well you hear and communicate. If you are deaf in one ear, or you have conductive or mixed hearing loss, then the Baha System may be a good solution for you.
The Baha Connect System uses a small abutment to attach the sound processor directly to the implant, and then send the sound vibrations to the inner ear and on to the brain, allowing you to perceive sound naturally. Watch this short, one-minute video to find out how the Baha Connect System works, and visit bit.ly/1W9lklY to learn if you could join the more than 400,000 people Cochlear has helped reconnect with family, friends and community.
As the global leader in implantable hearing solutions, Cochlear is dedicated to bringing the gift of sound to people with moderate to profound hearing loss. Visit bit.ly/1Uzl3ai to find a hearing implant specialist to try the Baha System and immediately hear the difference. Your life could change today.

I thought tye cochlear device was supposed to replace the cochlea! If the hairs are gone or dead from chemo therapy, can this still work?

Hello Crig. The first step is to go to a clinic to have a cochlear implant evaluation to determine if your hearing loss makes you an eligible candidate for a cochlear implant. To find a clinic close to you please visit our find a clinic at bit.ly/3EvdGwI. Hope this helps!
