You guys should do the gingerbread cookies near a holiday. Then you could decorate them accordingly. New Years (too late to do it now, I think), Valentine’s Day, St Patrick’s day, Fourth of July and any other I might have forgotten. I think it would be cute for you to make the gingerbread men and decorate them for the holiday you choose, whether it be making outfits and dressing them or just decorate them with the color of the holiday!
