1 If you rent an apartment in Thailand, you must sign a lease contract, expressly not allowed to sublet the unit. You need to keep copies of passports of tenants and agents. The last and most important thing is to keep the mortgage deposit for 2 months in case the furniture is lost or damaged. Expecially in pattaya
The apartments are tiny but the pool area is fantastic. The walk to the nearest 7-11 is a bit too far for many people(although only around 500 meter it's a dimly lit road along building sites and less fortunate people living in tents.)
And Soi dogs (one or two grumpy ones) patrolling the quiet and dimly lit road! Still a great condo complex though! I suppose if you have a motorcycle then it’s perfect!
what were the price of these units in 2019 (before covid). what will the be after covid? Do the Units have a kitchenette (large fridge & cooking burners or more). Or just small fridge & microwave.
Good video beautiful facility

What was the cost for those places right along the swimming pool? How far to food, shops etc?
