6:25 Rook b1 prevents b4 from black and as white you will probably lose on the queen side because of black's pawn pushing (black's pawns just took lots of space)... Calculations are: Rb1,b4 2) Ne5 threatening queen, queen has no moves and must move on b7 or b6 and only then you play Na4 instead of retreating passively in e2 and then you have the rook that is coming to the new open b file to penetrate black's queen side... So after white's Na4 black will probably castle king side or play d5 or d6 kicking white's knight on e5. At this point white's strategy will be to completely ignore the center because it will be stucked and useless. Analysis: on moves like d5 you simply ignore it because black can only keep pushing closing everything or trade on e4... So as white you will keep the tension in the center, create holes with a strong N on a4 and force the black to open the file playing something like c3 protecting the knight on a4 or Bd2 slicing b4 and connecting rook and queen and I think it could be one of the strongest long-term plan even if apparently white loses a tempo, otherwise you will normally try to develop your bishop of going for ideas like Qe1, Qg3 but black will have some counter-play on the queen side... Doing this with the correct sequence of moves you can in the future, maybe 10 moves ahead have a strong open file and stop black from playing on ur queenside, I'm not an engine but if I look at the position I would say that brcause the black' light square bishop must be debeloped in the b7's diagonal the pawn on a1 will hardly get attacked by the bishop so the rook can stay here, from the other side black's rook on a1 wont do much because the queen will probably remain on b file, so in an hypotetical endgame white's rook will be stronger than black's one...
