What a beautiful layout and finish level. I think it's my favourite of all the many, many boats we've watched you walk through. Would definitely expand the solar and double the battery storage probably with LFP to be able to power everything without worries.
Nice looking boat, but all those 240 appliances! Only 520 ah. domestic battery bank, small solar as well. Good job it's got a 175 amp alternator. You'll need to run the engine a lot if out and about.

Actually,that is a slimline dishwasher, but I know what you mean - might be possible to fit a freezer in a cupboard elsewhere, but most narrowboaters whose channels I follow go ashore daily, so marketing (and laundry) are done regularly. Unlike us sailors, they have no need for provisioning for extended voyages - there's almost always a market relatively nearby.
The biggest energy user in our boat is the kettle which is on gas. Imagine the generator kicking in every time you wanted a cup of tea or a slice of toast.😂 Barmy. I think £10k is closer for a decent built in generator.
Wow! £10k. Yeah like you say probably better doing everything on gas, kettle, toaster / cooking etc. It’s not too bad parting with money for gas bottles, but a lump sum of £10k and then still having to fill it up with diesel seems a bit over the top.
One could always use that lovely Belfast sink for handwashing, and, judging by the narrowboaters' channels I follow, laundrys are almost always within walking distance, depending where in the system they are.
Solid pine …. As opposed to hollow? Pine is a very soft wood, it’s how the edges are angle grinded for the knobbly finish but seems to be presented as a premium wood? It’s no oak. Nice look though. Plenty of people will judge books by interiors … not value by age, as the comments already show. That’s a lot for a boat a quarter of a century old … not crazy, but a lot.
Looks stunning but not very practical, and hasn't made the best use of space. No wardrobe? Bathroom bigger than the bedroom, no designated dining space, mini stove in the galley unnecessary...

Shame it has signs of water ingress in the step storage and the bottom cupboard with the 32 inch TV. Other than that its tidy.
