Gloro 2 is much more padded and generally more “old school” in fit and feel. Icon 2s are better in that they’re overall lighter and higher quality, but also more expensive. Icon 2s are the best of the bunch IMO, but each of them have something really good on offer at each respective price point.
Hey Josh, any chance we’ll get a review of the AG version of the elites? Just wanna see how they compare in the length since I’ve heard the new copas run a bit long
I'd still get the elites, just because you'll always have that feeling in the back of your mind that you have a pro model and not the top tier, but this looks very good from Adidas.
But the real question, when looking for a good quality for money adidas leather boot, should I pick these or the Copa Icon 2 at 180? Can’t lie, I’m still leaning copa icon 2
Hey! I know it may be hard for you to say, but would you say these would be fine for skinny feet? Also it seems they don't do AG on the Pro's, though these look okay judging by the conicals? would you go along with that?
They’ll work for most foot types. I don’t think the stud pattern is an issue on AG, but should something go wrong prematurely, adidas will likely deny a warranty claim.
Hey, I know this isn't really related with the video but I want to know which boots have a closer feet to the ball (or which upper is thinner) between the adidas f50 elite laceless ag and the nike phantom gx 2 elite ag. Thank you a lot man
Not trying to tell you what to do on YOUR channel but it would be super cool if you did the Copa pure 1 2 and 3 all versus each other. It would be sick to see if the pure's got better over the years or got worse. L
Very unrelated to the video but I just have a question, I am considering buying the Mizuno alpha elite and they fit but on the outer side of my foot I have some pressure/hotspot, I was wondering if you know if they stretch or break in more from the sides? And if they don’t stretch would the neo 4 be a better option and do they have the same sizing? Thank you
They’ll stretch a little, but not a ton. Neos I find actually fit a little slimmer, but overall have a softer feel to the upper. The leather in the forefoot/toe area will also stretch on the Neos. I wear the same size in both 👍
Jr version are typically slimmer in profile and shape compared to a men’s model. That’s the thing that I would say should be the biggest deciding factor
Hard to say that they’re better, just different. You can’t really compare any modern boots to the Copa Mundial. They’re at this point a bit of an acquired taste, so it really just depends on what you want/like.
@ thanks for your advice! If I was to get new leather adi’s, I would be the elites or the Copa Icon 2’s! But I thought I could recommend these to mates in my team. Cool to see that these takedowns still feature leather, unlike the tiempos these days.
What going on with Adidas? They finally taking takedown models seriously!!
was just looking at these, perfect timing🔥🔥🔥
Hows the Pro TF version of the Copa
Probably the same upper as these
Just curious, how do these compare with the Gloro II and the Icon II?
Gloro 2 is much more padded and generally more “old school” in fit and feel. Icon 2s are better in that they’re overall lighter and higher quality, but also more expensive. Icon 2s are the best of the bunch IMO, but each of them have something really good on offer at each respective price point.
I want these in the turf version, hope they’re just as good as the FG version!
+1 vote for more turf reviews. Curious about the copa pure 3 TF!
League version of the Pure 3 please!
He never reviews leagues..
From the review it sounds like the pros have the same upper thickness as elites. Or where does that extra weight come from? Just the soleplate?
Just the soleplate. The upper thickness and feel is borderline identical. Slightly different liner, but it hardly makes a difference.
Are you going to review the predator league LL or non FT any time soon.
BTW love the vids

I love the copas ❤

No doubt the Elites are still the better boots
Hey josh! You think its worth spending the extra to get these over the Gloro???
If you prefer something less “old school”, yes
copa icon 2 vs these? Im really torn between the two. What do you think?
Copa Icon 2 would be my pick of the two. They’re more expensive though, which is worth mentioning
But the real question, when looking for a good quality for money adidas leather boot, should I pick these or the Copa Icon 2 at 180? Can’t lie, I’m still leaning copa icon 2
Icon 2 is no doubt the better boot. Worth the extra $ IMO

sokito scuddeta or morelia neo IV beta elite not made in japan?
Serafino 4th edge
Depends on whether or not you want something with leather. Personally, I lean towards the Scudetta
@ ok, thank you

The F50s are definitely thinner

Hi! Copa Pure 3 pro, or Copa Pure 3 Elite Jr model? Asking for my 14 year old daughter… They are about the same price.
Jr version are typically slimmer in profile and shape compared to a men’s model. That’s the thing that I would say should be the biggest deciding factor
These better than the Copa Munidals? At least they are lighter! (Copa Mundials are about 319 grams right?
