I have lots of the lower flutes. Seeing these smaller high flutes all together reminds me of a miniature model museum. They sound really nice.
myaccountagain Small flutes can be a lot of fun and are very portable. Best of luck to you as you add higher flutes to your collection!
Great Video. Looking forward to your next recording in the snow....burrrrrr.
Tim Bacchus I'm not sure I'll go back out in the snow like that! It was so darn cold. :) I think I'll stick to warmer environments.
Beautiful collection of flutes with a fantastic sound . Congratulations on your marriage and Maria can make you very happy . Now some children and the perfect family is a fact ! Greetings from Belgium .
Marc Wouters thank you... that's very kind of you. We actually have four kids combined!
Hi Jonny . I really enjoy this kind of videos , they are fun and we learn a lot. Love your music!
I'm very happy to watch this video, really it's nice & wonderful, thanks !
By "high end flutes" I thought you meant very pricey flutes - I didn't think you meant high in pitch. It's amazing how high those flutes can go, and how tiny they can get. Just a quick race through those flutes, telling us the names of their makers, and playing each of them a bit, but not much else about them. Some of the makers I have heard of, but many others are new to me.
Thanks for watching and your comment! This was just a quick look at some of the flutes from my collection. I am expanding my flute reviews this year to include more detail about them and sound samples. Here is an example of a more recent one. ua-cam.com/video/OWl7gsJFe9U/v-deo.html
I love Brad's flutes! I have one in A made from 100 year old California white Cedar, but the poor thing doesn't get played much...... :-(
This is fab! Thank you Right At the end of this there’s a flute when you’ve finished the video qnd disappeared . What range is that please?
Thanks for the videos! It's really helpful to be able to hear flutes from different makers. Any chance you could list the flute makers in the description?
