Sorry to hear about the burnout. Your Monster Shorts are an amazing source of information. Taking care of yourself is obviously the priority
Here's a thought for future monster videos. Compare how a skeleton is in D&D, next to the Pathfinder version, dungeon crawl classics and so forth.
I would consider this style of video if I'm ever given more than 60 seconds for shorts

Glad to finally hear "See you at sundown" again. It was only a few months, but it feels like it's been ages with everything that's happened. I'm fine with any content you make, but I would love to see videos on dragons across any ttrpgs you can find them in. DnD might not be so cool anymore but dragons will always be awesome. It's good to see you back! Health is important and making sure you still feel passionate about the material you make. Grim Hollow would be cool to see. I would LOVE to see shorts about WOD whether it be for legacy or for the new V5 material. Exploration of new ttrpgs be pretty neat to see for the future.

Ironically, UA-cam has continually fed me your earlier videos, so frequently that I didn't even realize you were on break. Been watching you regularly this whole time. The algorithm must like you- and it doesn't like anybody.
As a Pathfinder player (and only a year under my belt at that) I'm biased but either way your shorts help me learn me monsters and create fun encounters in my campaign. ❤️

I’d say do all monsters when you get the time. You are a invaluable resource for my DnD club for my local school. Your videos are what have led me to create wonderful worlds for my players. Also take care of your mental health too it is very much needed for this kind of job. Keep on doing this man. You are a very invaluable resource and a person and we all appreciate you
First, glad you are ok. While it’s most important you do what you enjoy, I would love for to do do Dragonlance chapter by chapter. Your videos helped me run an iIcewind Dale campaign that lasted more than 2 years, and there’s no substitute for your DM advice.

I’m very happy you’re back but please take your time. We love your content but we also want you to enjoy it. If you need to upload less, we’ll understand. If you need another vacation, that’s cool too. Focus on you first, my friend ^_^
Edit: just my vote here, maybe have one week for D&D, one week for other content (gaming stream/highlights, different TTRPG, Q&A, etc.), that way you can keep things fresh, supply that D&D content, and maybe avoid that burnout.

Well, in this case, the OGL has been more or less solved, at least for the time being.
Wizards have basically preserved OGL 1.0a for D&D 5e. They completely surrendered with that point, tho they seem to be moving forward with OGL 1.2 for OneDnD (Which I do not plan on using any time soon if ever.) In fact, 5e has been entered into Creative Commons, which means that anyone can use the 5e SRD for anything.
As for the state of the channel, I think it should be a healthy mix of all of the above, tho I understand if that would be too much work for a hobby.

If it were for me, i would prefer to watch the last monster from the monster manual and then something about Pathfinder 2e. With the OGL situation, i have been researching about it but it's hard to learn b myself.

Something that I think would be amazing would be intro and dm guides to starter adventures for other ttrpgs. Many tables are looking to try new stuff. Hey here’s a video going over some basic mechanics and then a quick DM guide on The Haunting for CoC. Here’s one for PF2E starter box. Here’s one for Traveler. Very useful and it gives content for tables who just want to try something new for a session or 2 and see if they like it.

World of Darkness would be neat. I know a lot of that lore, but I always enjoy the videos you do even on things I know.
I wouldn't mind monsters from all over because I could always homebrew the monster in whatever ttrpg i play.
The OGL drama is gonna die down a bit because WOTC officially announced they are giving up on the new OGL and are putting the SRD on Creative Commons

Idk how much you're into it, whether it be mini painting or lore, but I feel like 40k is and will be growing a ton in popularity.

Grim Hollow seems like a good idea, and as a person who started playing tabletop rpgs from DnD, I don't know a lot of Pathfinder, so videos about it would be nice too.

I was going to say Grim since you have a relationship. I'm a Drakkenheim guy and I haven't touched any Grim. But then you said you may be into Kobold and I have a lot of their books. Either is good. I expect there are more people that have KOBOLD books and therefore more exposure and want to see your stuff. Just like reading the Monster's Know What They Are Doing, there is a lot more to the monsters (tactics wise) than I thought. That book showed me a lot more to the action and encounter design than I thought.
