Since no one’s said it yet, the actress for Frankie was actually in the last season as the IT support (remember the episode when Annie and Hickey are going around fixing things?). That’s why this episode she says that when she tries to contact the IT lady the emails don’t go through and her nose starts bleeding - because it doesn’t make sense and breaks reality! (Troy’s nose also bleeds in season 2 when something too meta happens)
"Are you a demon? Did Clive Barker write you?" is one of the best lines in this show and it doesn't get the credit it deserves

I mostly recognize Jason Mantzoukas from his recurring roles on Parks and Rec and The Good Place (2 other top-tier NBC sitcoms!)
He's also amazing in Brooklyn Nine-Nine

This is one of my favorite episodes. I always laugh when Chang claps his hands and the crowd jumps. And Jason Mantzoukas constantly yelling at Chang is hilarious. He is great in Big Mouth, Parks and Rec, Brooklyn 99 and Invincible. I love his intensity.
