The 12V Fan will run in 3.7V battery with the help of booster circuit.
This is SC to SC booster module.This module convert 3.7 V to 24V.

Will this run long time? Like full night of loadshedding! Is this booster capable of full night load
Definitely it will be a long last running if you add heatsinks in the Booster module
Im planning to add fan and huge batt that coul last long. 😊

Hum kitne voltage tak boost karsakte hain,jisse hume 2a current milega aur heat nehi hoga.
Can it run 12v 2amps output smoothly?

Not helpful but this buck converter will damage due to rising heat😊
If heat rising means use fix Heatsing.It will not damage the components.🙏
Then reduce the load ...it will be ok

Can I use this to step down voltage

Nahi kam krta hai fan nhi chalta hai aur modul kit over heat hota hai
Same issue module dead ho gya mera payesa barbad
