@@ssnekky my tip is farming the scarabs close to waypoints and just keep farming those without stressing it too much, that's what I did to get the last 80 or sum. There are a few points with multiple of them so if you're not in a rush but still wanna get him lvled just consistently do that gl👍
I think that's a pun! Mahamatra, shine and machine! Cyno is the Mahamatra (the Ma part), shine being the schine (similar sound, and that Cyno shines with Baizhu), and machine being the latter part of "killing machine"! The maschine is not just a misspelling, but had purpose!
Playing him feels so good. For hyperbloom you can swap to your electro character so they can be healed and buffed by baizhu then swap again to your on field driver
as someone who got baizhu accidentally, he’s really nice to play. yaoyao is good but baizhu is so much more comfortable, especially since a lot of her healing is locked to her burst which requires her to be on-field (a big no-no for cyno and alhaitham). i’ve found him to be an especially good driver for burgeon teams - keeping everyone alive while applying sufficient dendro application for my yelan, thoma and fischl.
i pulled him kinda just for more flexibility in abyss bc i'm usually running both sides with some kinda dendro reaction (nilou bloom always tho) and he has quickly become one of my favorite characters to use. he is built rather poorly for now but he is already making life a million times easier. one team that i found that is suprisingly fun is yoimiya, yelan, raiden, baizhu
I’m sad a lot of people are hating on baizhu when he’s a decent 5 star with amazing healing on Kokomi levels less consistent but bigger burst healing while not being area locked is nice I do think his dendro application needs a bit buffed but that’s it, maybe 3 missiles on shield upon break targeting new enemies with or a bigger explosion aoe upon breaking other than that I’m happy I have him carried me to floor twelve with my hyper bloom team and he’s the only fully built one
Ehhhh not really hating on him. Yaoyao works just as good as him and she's a 4*. If Baizhou doesn't offer considerable upgrade for Yaoyao there's really no reason to pull for him unless you really love him.
People aren't hating on him imo They just had high expectations since the 3.6 trailer said he is a healer AND a shielder which is wrong tbh. His shield isn't even a shield. Sure it has high dendto absorption but it isn't that much tho. His healing tho strong is a bit slow. And his application (which is the main thing for dendro ) isnt that good and it's mostly single target and even though it is decent enough for aggravate/spread teams it's not gonna be that good for other archtypes as much. I love him as a character but he is a great character who has flaws

Like myself who thought just BC I skipped alhaitham and got yelan instead I did a wrong thing which I didn't and imo I actually did the right thing( BC everyone said he is top tier and etc.....) I didn't even like his gameplay that much. And (again) high expectations really impacted him and they are comparing him to the likes of kazuha and nahida since again they had high expectations. Imo he is the shenhe of dendro It Isn't really necessary to get him and he is just a luxury pull. He has his own counter part (Rosaria for shenhe and Yao yao for baizhu) who sometimes he is worse than in some comps. Side grades in others and upgrade in others (just like shenhe) Even though for me he can make me play my nahida in my hyperbloom team and baizhu in my tighnari team (or vise versa) I rather get kazuha BC he is genuinely fun to me and he is better than him. And for hydro Archon.... It isn't confirmed that the leaks are true so I rather not base my expectations on the leaks. It may change for all we know. And imo mu c3 kuki and Barbara and Yao yao (if the leaks are true) will do just fine
Alright, I'm convinced to try and pull for Baizhu now. My only Dendro support that I have build is Nahida who always fights a spot between my Alhaitham and Cyno teams. I'll have more flexible choices if I end up getting him. Then my teams would be Cyno, Baizhu/Nahida, Fischl/Yelan amd Flex. And for Alhaitham it'll be Baizhu/Nahida, Kuki and Yelan.
I don't have Cyno, but I can confirm he's been a fantastic addition to my Alhaitham team. I usually run Alhaitham/Miko/Yelan (no particular reason for running Miko over Kuki other than I love her, and she has a crazy amount of CD). He's also super fun with Kaveh if you get him while pulling for Baizhu.
i was doubtful about how well baizhu works with Tighnari since hes my precious boy and dps. They work AMAZING together. he doesnt steal a lot of spreds of tighnari and paired with Raiden my Baizhu, Tighnari Raiden, zhongli comp is nuts
@@froeloe well in this case raiden or fischl could serve you well. I use Raiden because i just like her 100% uptime with her E but fischl is amazing too. Baizhu with deepwood so the dendro res goes down, zhongli with the tenacity of milileith set. My team is the following: zhongli tenacity, baizhu deepwood, raiden with instructor, and tighnari with wanderers troupe or gilded . I recommend your electro with instructor so you can pass 80 elemental mastery to your team

And I'v used him in very different ways, hyperbloom, burgeon, aggravate, quickbloom, Neuvillete and etc. Never thought I would be so "dependent" of this doctor. lol
I call this, “The Shocker” build/team: I ended up having a lot of gladiator and troupe artifacts with main HP and sub crit stats… so, naturally I put them on my Baizhu. LoL it’s kinda pornographic because he slaps like a wet noodle… but sometimes hit HARD and I annihilate mobs. I love my team though: Baizhu C3, Kokomi C0, Yae Miko C0, Beidou C6. Setting up with Yae and Koko takes a second, but adding Beidou’s burst just makes Baizhu’s melee attacks hilarious as I chase enemies around, poking them baddies in ‘the stink’.

Underrated opinion mona > kokomi in bloom team with Nilou + Baizhu. Idk why no one is talking about mona in bloom teams, her e taunts and gathers enemy easily within the radius of the bountiful core explosion, her ult buffs ur dmg even further. Stack her with paradise lost and sac frag. My current bloom team: Nilou, mona, nahida, and baizhu

But you have to activate nilou pirouette first to enable bountiful cores then switch to nahida or baizhu to apply dendro then bloom bloom bakudan the enemy with mona, just have to watch to not over apply hydro, if thats the case then reapply dendro. She is really good, monas range can apply hydro at a safe distance and taunt them without getting hit by bountiful cores.
I thought I don't need baizhu, as I already max my yaoyao. But after accidentally got him, he offer a lot of heal to my team than yaoyao. Of course his shield is just weak, but his utility as a healer just good for quick swap. I run double dendro as my main is alhaitham, and with baizhu on the team with kuki too. Almost immortal I can say.
I think that in double dendro teams Baizhu is the best companion as second dendro character for Nahida. I'm not saying that he is better than her, she still being the best dendro character and she is going still being the best for the rest of the game without any dude, but they complement each other, Nahida because she have very good damage and good dendro application and Baizhu because he can heal and shield you a little, also both of them buff the team, Nahida buffs the em and Baizhu the dendro reaction damage, and both of them the em because being double dendro. Also Baizhu as the healer in a Nahida's team open the possibility of have Xinqui or Yelan as the hydro character in a bloom, hyperbloom and burgeon team, meanwhile you can free Kokomi or Barbara for another team.
i had to hit hard pity twice for c0 nahida for my cyno cause i lost the 50/50 i'd saved for and was prepared to wait for baizhu's rerun, but he jumpscared me at pull 41 for kaveh (so now cyno is a VERY happy camper). as of right now, i've built him with 4pc maiden (hp sands and goblet, healing bonus circlet) and he does 7k healing on skill and has 27k hp already at lvl60. definitely need to aim for more er tho. thanks for the video!
Ever since i got him playing with tighnari got a whole lot easier because of his sheild, now i can run my spread team with kazuha rather than layla for resistance to interuption (Currently my team rn is Kazuha,Raiden,Baizhu and Tighnari)

I think I'm going to replace Nahida in my Quicken team with Baizhu so I can run Zhongli, Alhaitham, Baizhu, and Yae Miko. This would free up Nahida for Hyperbloom with Xingqiu, Raiden, and a flex slot(Probably Yelan.) This would give me two pretty strong teams to try to finally full clear the Spiral Abyss. Guess I gotta farm more Deepwood.
13:15 in these team comps (hyperbloom, burgeon or nilou super bloom team), both baizhu & nahida are together. who is best to carry 4pc deepwood: baizhu or nahida? or should they both carry 4pc deepwood?
in case you didn't find out, two sets of deepwood memories don't stack, so you'd only want one deepwood set for the team, in this case you could use a 4 set of gilded dreams on Nahida and have Baizu on deep woods.
I'm not sure why everyone is saying he feels good to play. 2:03 this is exactly what happens to me when I play him? he's not comfy at all and I get sent flying all the time? his interruption resistance feels like such a scam. I 3 starred 12-1 with Kirara who doesn't even heal while I completely gave up on him the other day. (and for those who will mention his healing, it's nice and all but I can just play kuki, yaoyao, zhongli or even kokomi. so i thought the point of him was being protected from interruption for on field characters) btw love the video mr xlice!
4 piece deepwood.. but he doesnt attack much right? you need to swap to him when a new enemy spawns again huh so all that hp% items that I got payed off, I have 55k hp with 210 ER but its 2 piece/2piece
Now my Razor can smile back again, I'm using Razor, Nahida, Mika and Baizhu or another team like Raiden, Nahida, Yelan/Ayaka and Baizhu but the best for me of course bloom team, Nilou, Nahida, Yelan/xingqiu/barbara and Baizhu... super crazy good! bloom bloom bakudan!
i think fruit of fulfillment ( sumeru craftrable) may be a good choice cause it has er substat and gives him a quite a lot of em while he applies dendro in bloom teams
Ok so after getting C2 Furina I also got c0 Baizhu Now when I rolled for Furina's weapon I got 2 copies of his signature weapon before getting Furina' (which I did get in the end, but this was the first time In a while I had to roll that much for a signature weapon 😭). Now my question is which is better for him? R5 Prototype Amber? Or R2 of his signature weapon?

I have him, he's level 90 with R5 Prototype Amber, 47k/170ER, Talents 1/8/8 and using 4 Deepwood... I DONT'T UNDERSTAND HIM 🤣 People keep saying he's good but... I don't know how... I understand for Cyno but not for other team comps another main issue i have woth him is that Deepwood res shred only works on the enermy hit with burst or his skill, which means he's really only viable in single target for his burst and his skill only hits 3 targets...
I have. Alevel 70 c1 baizhu with level 70 thrilling tales and zero artifacts He is still good at doing overworld things bosses. Using with 90 level.furina c1 and 90 level fischl c3.
i was pulling for a Kaveh cons, when he came at 20 pity. Im already stacked with 5* playing for 1 year already and i can 36* the abyss, but build him in like a day. Its more fun when you prepare but didnt intend to get him at the beggining.
I had C0 Baizhu with Moonglow, EM sands with Dendro and Crt Rate Circlet. His skill can hit up to 13k and his charge atk up to 15k. He doesn't have alot of ER. I have tried Sac Frag and that works so good on him too.
The past banners I've gotten nahida, nilou both their weapons and now this man my mora and materials are fucking dead they're all level 80 now but damn
Hey Xlice, I've got a question. Could I just stack more on Baizhu if I want to heal more (have a bigger shield)? Or doesn't it make sense going further as 50K HP?
You can but you may not have a balance build and it not a big of difference going for more. Even with his sig weap, you can barely have enough ER and can still maintain the 50k HP. Mine have triple HP and sig weap(HP substats) with only 150ER.
I only have 155 ER using favoniuos codex and c1 and I have no energy issues as when I use his skill it always crits bc it hits multiple times and pretty much 2 skills my energy is full again so I’m happy with it plus it matches him prototype amber is ugly AF even tho I have it r5 I refuse to use it
I saw the first team recommendation and was like 😅 it’s definitely not a flex you definitely need another dendro his application is not enough unless solo boss

His shield is for interruption not defense

I'm not saying that he is better than her, she still being the best dendro character and she is going still being the best for the rest of the game without any dude, but they complement each other, Nahida because she have very good damage and good dendro application and Baizhu because he can heal and shield you a little, also both of them buff the team, Nahida buffs the em and Baizhu the dendro reaction damage, and both of them the em because being double dendro. Also Baizhu as the healer in a Nahida's team open the possibility of have Xinqui or Yelan as the hydro character in a bloom, hyperbloom and burgeon team, meanwhile you can free Kokomi or Barbara for another team.
i had to hit hard pity twice for c0 nahida for my cyno cause i lost the 50/50 i'd saved for and was prepared to wait for baizhu's rerun, but he jumpscared me at pull 41 for kaveh (so now cyno is a VERY happy camper). as of right now, i've built him with 4pc maiden (hp sands and goblet, healing bonus circlet) and he does 7k healing on skill and has 27k hp already at lvl60. definitely need to aim for more er tho. thanks for the video!

Ever since i got him playing with tighnari got a whole lot easier because of his sheild, now i can run my spread team with kazuha rather than layla for resistance to interuption

I think I'm going to replace Nahida in my Quicken team with Baizhu so I can run Zhongli, Alhaitham, Baizhu, and Yae Miko. This would free up Nahida for Hyperbloom with Xingqiu, Raiden, and a flex slot(Probably Yelan.) This would give me two pretty strong teams to try to finally full clear the Spiral Abyss. Guess I gotta farm more Deepwood.

13:15 in these team comps (hyperbloom, burgeon or nilou super bloom team), both baizhu & nahida are together. who is best to carry 4pc deepwood: baizhu or nahida? or should they both carry 4pc deepwood?
in case you didn't find out, two sets of deepwood memories don't stack, so you'd only want one deepwood set for the team, in this case you could use a 4 set of gilded dreams on Nahida and have Baizu on deep woods.

I'm not sure why everyone is saying he feels good to play. 2:03 this is exactly what happens to me when I play him? he's not comfy at all and I get sent flying all the time? his interruption resistance feels like such a scam. I 3 starred 12-1 with Kirara who doesn't even heal while I completely gave up on him the other day. (and for those who will mention his healing, it's nice and all but I can just play kuki, yaoyao, zhongli or even kokomi. so i thought the point of him was being protected from interruption for on field characters)

Now my Razor can smile back again, I'm using Razor, Nahida, Mika and Baizhu or another team like Raiden, Nahida, Yelan/Ayaka and Baizhu but the best for me of course bloom team, Nilou, Nahida, Yelan/xingqiu/barbara and Baizhu... super crazy good! bloom bloom bakudan!
i think fruit of fulfillment ( sumeru craftrable) may be a good choice cause it has er substat and gives him a quite a lot of em while he applies dendro in bloom teams

Now when I rolled for Furina's weapon I got 2 copies of his signature weapon before getting Furina' (which I did get in the end, but this was the first time In a while I had to roll that much for a signature weapon 😭).
Now my question is which is better for him? R5 Prototype Amber? Or R2 of his signature weapon?

another main issue i have woth him is that Deepwood res shred only works on the enermy hit with burst or his skill, which means he's really only viable in single target for his burst and his skill only hits 3 targets...

i was pulling for a Kaveh cons, when he came at 20 pity. Im already stacked with 5* playing for 1 year already and i can 36* the abyss, but build him in like a day. Its more fun when you prepare but didnt intend to get him at the beggining.

I had C0 Baizhu with Moonglow, EM sands with Dendro and Crt Rate Circlet. His skill can hit up to 13k and his charge atk up to 15k. He doesn't have alot of ER. I have tried Sac Frag and that works so good on him too.
Here after I lost to Jadefall on Furina's Weapon banner and decided to pull Baizhu😅

I've got a question. Could I just stack more on Baizhu if I want to heal more (have a bigger shield)? Or doesn't it make sense going further as 50K HP?
His benefits stop at 50k the extra shield strength is so minimal it doesn’t make a difference.
You can but you may not have a balance build and it not a big of difference going for more. Even with his sig weap, you can barely have enough ER and can still maintain the 50k HP. Mine have triple HP and sig weap(HP substats) with only 150ER.
