“I will never obey the truth of God apart from the power and the grace and the assistance of God the Holy Spirit. And again, we're living in strange times in terms of how the church functions. We have been caught up with a fierce desire to find a way to relate to this culture, this crazy world out there that has been immunized to Christianity.
We're trying to find new ways, new methods to reach the lost. And that motivation is a righteous one, because we should have compassion for the lost. We should have a zeal for reaching the lost.
The danger is when we ask the lost how they want to come into the kingdom of God, how they want to worship God, and how they want to hear the Word of God, and then tailor our strategy and our method to their tastes, and their preferences. Dear friends, that's fatal. And sooner or later, the church must come back to confidence in God's way of doing God's work.

Yeah, the music is unnecessary and strongly distracting! If you think this music is so great, leave it to the "peaceful piano music" channel!
I was hoping to listen to a sermon about God's word. Not having a sermon playing in the background to this piano music...
This is ridiculous. Please cut the music during the sermons! It would be much appreciated.
Let's let the preaching of God's word affect us, and not seek to manipulate people's emotions with any sort of music.
What distracting music??? I heard the gospel!
I love the message and the images, but the background music causes me to stress out. It simultaneously reminds me of tension-building TV show music and hold music that continually replays while waiting for a real person. Yes, I have mental issues, so it's probably just me. I had to turn off the video before it was over, because I felt stressed and my clinically diagnosed PTSD kicked in. 😢
What’s going on with the background music? Why do they feel the need to manipulate the audience’s emotions over music rather than relying on just the words?
Is there somewhere I can listen to this without the music? I find it distracting to the message
I believe it is satan trying to pull us from the word. And the world doesn't see things like that.there for I would say to you, may you seek the truth and be blessed. I feel only the true followers sèe things like these. When we are truly saved I feel it compels us to be obedient to the ways of our Father. Allowing us to tell to follow his laws and statutes. Love you family.
@rockrock7597 the music is absolutely not Satan. It was put there by a brother in Christ, and I won't have you saying that it is satan himself. It's just music edited over a sermon
I speak truth. If we are being distracted from the Father speaking to us i wouldn't say it was the Father doing it but satan.. anything pulling us from his word isn't Godly. The Father just allows us to be pulled from him by our own will. Through the evil powers and princeof palates. . (The Flesh is sinful) that's why we are to deny our flesh. Anything that distracts us from the word of our Father I would think would be satan. Bible stated.

Music was VERY disturbing......AMEN to the Word!
Powerful sermon and so clarifying. Gave me another level of understanding as to the proclamation of the gospel. The music is terribly distracting and I would much rather watch Voddie giving the sermon and not the also distracting video.
