It's quite obvious that the Jamaican authorities know nothing about a clean up because all of that debris should be put in trucks and be brought to a dump sites and not be returned to the river 😢😢😢

Whenever they have weather warning the community take the water pipes away from the bridge, so that they don't have to spend more money to replace the water pipes . When the bridge is cleared the community will reconnect the pipes .

Brother before I migrate that's why me and my brother use to do in most rural area after storm .. it take time but best way to do it. Is getting done the proper way. Because all that debris going right down at dam head and block up the water supply to the dam.
