Newborn's first outing! Day trip to the beach in Italy. We meet up with some friends and talk about the best approach to save money for early retirement. Specifically, I wanted to know if we should max out all tax advantage accounts (IRAs, TSPs, 401Ks) first or if we cut back on those accounts and start saving for real estate and open a brokerage account.
