I have tried this. It's not a dupe at all. Pillow talk is way more pink and the mocha madness is way more orange. They're not even in the similar shade range.
It will also depend on the pigmentation of one’s lips. Each color will appear differently especially light colours like pillow talk. Have experienced this.
