I learned the shuffle, running man, kick ball,glide, charleston shuffel , on my way to learn kick out. In less than a month,And already when I started I was knowing nothing about dancing within two weeks I already learned many moves. Thanks Mihran😊

I’ve done this dance at random, so many times; in the grocery store, in elevators, to the mailbox, etc. But I never thought I’d see it being taught. It seems to just come naturally for me.

Very good instructions, and nice lighting in how the video is done. Nice and consistent instructions, and nice space format. Only complaint so far is the intro music being too repetitive, and maybe it could be changed up or more natural type of music from drums or guitars. LOL

Try to keep your hands more towards yourself rather than throwing it everywhere. It's all about repetition, the more you do it the more your body will get used to it.

Any good dance moves for people with lower back issues? Like I wanna do some moves but can't do anything too crazy due to said issues.
I have video called 3 simple moves for beginners.
Start with that it should not give you problems.
Glad I was born with rhythm and never had to learn how to dance 😂 seem like he overthinking it when really it comes natural..
