OWB is probably the best mod for both RP video like this and to play as in game because there so much lore to read and challenge to be have (for more fun because who would like to fight endless weak enemy for day)
You should play Kaiserreich or Redux Qing and do the Manchu Restoration, whichever gives the Manchu Restoration more content preferably, we need to see the Heavenly Kingdom rise once more
Worship is a strong word but it is a major part of their culture, they are briefly mentioned in some of the fallout games and have been greatly expanded on in OWB and other fan fictions.
