Skincare generally does help your skin, but IMO many young people waaaaay overdo it because all these content creators are constantly pushing them. You need to cleanse, exfoliate once or twice a week, moisturize, and protect from the sun with SPF. That’s it. Don’t get sucked into the hype and BS of serums and other potions 😆 Nice video!
yeah i totally agree. i only do cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen and occasionally serums or face masks but i definitely think a lot of people over do it! and ty!

your mom is kinda right, if your skin is already perfect you dont need anything besides like a good facewash, moisturiser and a daily sunscreen, but most skincare companies want you to come back and repurchase so thats why some can do the opposite for you, or make you break out once you stop using them
