If you are joining the military or currently in... PLEASE make sure you go to medical regarding EVERY part and area of your body LITERALLY. Set yourself up the right way before getting out and thats starting while your in. I wish I had this knowledge when I was in the Navy or in Army training. This is something that is rarely spoken about it is not taught to service members. GO TO MEDICAL!
