You make me happy.... your energy always lightens my mood. I love the fluid transitions ans the speed that you talk at... your videos are great keep it up
Hi Ben. I loove old rusty tools :D What i do with them, is remove the rust and sharpen cutting parts on planes, chisels, draw knives, etc, and repair if needed. If the tools are rare, i may not do anything besides a gentle cleaning. Some people like to restore old tools so that they look like new. That's not me, though - i like to keep the history the tool tells. Believe it or not, there can be good money in old rusty tools!
I knew there had to be a good reason because I see a lot of vendors that sell them. But, I've never known why. Thanks for shedding some light on that for me. It sounds like there is quite a few things to learn about. Maybe it will be a category of stuff I look into learning in the future. 👍👍
@@ReadySetResell yes, you should learn a little about that area - maybe just enough to recognize high value planes? The "holy grail" of woodworking tools is a Stanley no 1 plane, which can sell in excess of $1000! But it is probably not very likely that you will find those in the wild 😬
Although you always have a smile on you face, I knew you found some great stuff when I saw that Kool-aid grin on your face. Super finds, great ROI. Great video.
Great video!! I havent seen a 5 head multimixer in years ,you should ask on those if you could get them around 50 they sell around 200 but keep eyes out on a 6 head mixer it's about the same but the top is round and the heads go all around with no back part, those sell up to 1000 in great condition but very rare.
It comes out on second 0:56 , the only thing there super heavy but the people that have or want to open a Herbalife place look for these to make there shakes .
Cool finds. That Mary Monster comic has me intrigued. I'm not a comic guy but am a reseller and I too can't find anything on it. May be something that was never released or very limited. I would try to reach out to illustrators/author and see if you can get any info on it. It may be a prototype or something one of them may want to buy it off you if they don't have a copy ya never know.. Might have no value or a lot of value, you just never know.
Yeah its got me intrigued as well. Ill probably do a some research and dig into it. That's not a bad suggestion perhaps ill try and track down an email for one of them. Thanks for the thought! I appreciate it!
Yes, we do the old tools up and sometimes sell em, sometimes keep em, I’m also a reseller and have a channel…oh by the way, new subscriber, I’m catching up on your vids,..🇬🇧🏳️🌈
Who is still wearing turquoise jewelry? That was big when I was in HS in the late 70's. I never see anyone I know wearing it but the reseller in NJ near me is always ohing & ahing about it.
My husband is a mechanical engineer and he buys old tools because of the old sizes! He doesn’t clean them up tho as it’s the patina he likes!
I bought some old tools to make a shadow box when my son passed his Red Seal designation.
Nice! I've always wondered what they were used for. I see lots of vendors that sell them and they must do well for them. Thanks for sharing that! 😀

Loved your Epoch Man game find!! I had that game when I was 13 and loved it!! It was an awesome game in its time.
Tuesday Flea near me is a great go to early in morning. You build a relationship with people and that helps with possible future inventory.
Indeed

Yeah I really liked how then sun looked through the fog. Really cool looking!
Dude! The high heel chair and the comment about the naked mannequin. Had me rolling..... LOL!

Dang that’s crazy. What point in the video did you see one? I’ll keep an eye out next time I’m out there.

Yeah it caught my eye also because of the movie about McDonalds "The Founder". He was a 5 head mixer salesman.
Ben coming through with the eagle eye on that Tommy Moore. Nice catch man.
Thanks! I was exited to see it!
Can't wait to go to my flea Market in Colorado next month because on Sunday it's always pack with sellers.

You're going to make more on the 9 dollar box than anything else you bought. That was a score!.😂
LOL I know right! I was really happy with that box. Im exited to see how well some of that stuff sells or not.
That heel chair was my daughter's, that's my cousins stuff in the auction and I gave that to him to sell
That’s pretty cool. What do they charge to enter stuff? It was my first time participating in the auction here and it was fun 😁
@@ReadySetResell I'm not 100% sure. I wanna say it's 15 or 20% commission up to a certain amount.
Great finds!’ Love your videos grab find - guitar book!!
