Ngayon maraming public schools na apat na oras lang ang school time. Ano nga ba ang matutuhan ng mga bata?

My high regard for Sen. Win as the Wingman of Sen Risa in the long saga of China agent Guo went down by 50% when he stated with a straight face that Sara did a great job as DEP- Ed Sec :( By any metric, Sara was the most unqualified and worst ever to lead the biggest bureaucracy of the govt. But she gets the top prize for having the thickest face for demanding to have that fat confidential intel fund!
