They have insurance or the tax payers pay for the settlements. It doesn't effect the police at all. That's a small part of qualified immunity.

It's a well known and proven fact that persons with NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder) are actually ATTRACTED to this kind of work. Search: law enforcement and narcissism. If you do enough research, you will uncover exactly what you're watching when you see audit or other police videos. You will uncover and understand how to deal with them, and you will uncover and understand what their weaknesses are as psychopaths. The hiring bodies of the American police industry are supposed to test for this disorder at hiring, and not hire persons with cases of NPD as uncovered in the testing. In fact, recently, someplace in California (I believe) a fair number of police were tested and subsequently terminated. And that was in the last 12 months. So, good for that precinct. However with the sheer volume of mentally ill police showing up in these videos, I've drawn the conclusion that there just HAS to be a policy of hiring sick people who actually HAVE the disease. There's no other explanation.

They said they were looking for the person that live at my home before I moved in. I said, "look dumbasses, I built this place after I purchased the land in December last year." Them being the geniuses they were could not understand the fact that they screwed up and were actually looking for a reason to arrest me. What they did find was my issued Sig P224, along with my Deputy US Marshal's badge. All were fired and were arrested by Federal Marshal's with the corrupt judge that issued the false warrant. I found out that the judge wanted the land, but the prior owner didn't want to sell to the judge because nobody in this small town liked the judge and didn't want him in the community. They knew it was the wrong apartment after having been told by the daughter, and still violated the mother, also searched the apartment - 4th amendment...what utter pieces of garbage. Would have been handy to check the apartment number🥶🇬🇸

This is why you can't just stuff any idiot into a uniform, give them a badge and a gun and call them law enforcement officers. These people are a real and constant danger to many communities.

I had a coworker who was originally from Panama. Police invaded his apartment one evening looking for a Jamaican drug dealer, terrorizing him and his family. “Oops, wrong apartment!”
After he successfully win his lawsuit against the department, he had enough money to buy the apartment building in which he lived.
