This is really informative and very useful so thanks so much as I bought some B&Q medium sized white garden pebbles two summers ago which are now looking greenish!! .... .so when it gets dryer I'll put them in buckets with the solution you recommend here.....otherwise I'd have just replaced them with new ones which would have been costly!! Thanks again ❤
Thanks for your video! I am looking forward to trying this. However I do have a question for you: I would like to know how to remove acorns and debris from my landscaping granite stone? Do you have any suggestions?
Algo clear in a Snow foam bottle on a pressure washer works a treat and takes 2seconds my polar white stones are still clean after doing them 16 months ago
I have a pathway of white rock over decompose granite. I needed to remove some of that rock to install paver stones. Now I have a mix of decompose granite and the white artistic rock. Any thoughts on how to separate these without going through all the backbreaking labor of putting them through a sieve?
Anything for oil? I have a tar and chip drive (small finger nail size pebbles in a light shade) with a few black spots from various oil leaks. I want to change this as I don't like it, any recommendations on how to change it out for resin bound NOT resin bond. And how to clean it in the short term?
Hi Anadinolin, there are numerous recommendations though we haven't tried any of them. These include gently cleaning with a liquid cleanser, bleach, household detergent or ammonia and mineral spirits. We aren't experts in laying resin bound though sorry. We do know you would have to remove all the existing gravel to lay it.
Much better... Generally, gravel is a cheap, low maintenance product. This provides a lazy person (me) with a low budget (also me) to clean large areas, reduce embarassment (wife and me) and work on other honey-do listed items. Gonna look into box store products. Trash bags and cardboard should protect plants from overspray. Thanks for the ideas.
