Whoa, a 3 section FYA Signal in michigan! cool! but i could tell you can only turn left and right, judging by the "No Straight" sign between it and the right turn signals.
Here's how to make pedestrian crossing safer in the US, firstly add a red arrow to let pedestrians cross then the red arrows disappears when the pedestrian signal flashes red, then don't make the pedestrian signal green at the same time as cars unless it's protected, boom done!
Is it rare to have one side of an intersection be turning only (no straight travel)? Cause I’ve never seen that before, and that’s pretty cool! Also, a 3-SECTION flashing yellow arrow!?!? I’m assuming that it doesn’t have a green arrow, and it’s only there to give vehicles turning left a brief moment to do so if it’s safe.
2:39 - uh, Do Not Enter?! lol I am surprised that all of the flashing left signals were like this one. Make the green bimodal lol. We stll have mostly doghouses still. I know of a pair of intersections like this that use four light green ball/arrow on each end to allow left turns and then the side street pairs would have right turn arrows. I think it is no left turn, though.
In my city they upgrading the traffic lights to the new flashing yellow. But get this they’re upgrading from the old traffic lights that’s like 10 years old new poles and all. It’s like just replace the traffic light instead of installing new poles that’s not even 20 years old yet.
I'd never thought I'd see a 3-section flashing yellow arrow signal in Michigan. Cool video👍💯🚦🚦🚦
Thanks I was pretty surprised I found it myself
@@DeTrafficStreetBeatz Update: this signal replaced a Flashing Red Arrow Beacon at a railroad crossing. There is a video on CJR's channel about it.
Totally cool traffic lights
Setup is 3-section 4-section and 5-section left arrow signals ! Los Angeles have a similar one
also, The Doghouses are on the "Leading" phase. which means the Arrows change while the signal is still green.

There is now a 3-section FYA in Jackson, Michigan, at the intersection of Michigan and Cooper
Marvelous! 🚦😊❤️
Thanks 🚦💪
I’m surprised Detroit didn’t wanna use the crates over the crosswalk siginals
Very unique and rare setup with the Left Turn Doghouse signal with a FYA across from it. Looks very nice!
(I couldn’t edit for some reason) Did they intentionally do it like that or was it just there before the FYA?
Side Signals Is my Favorite part too see
2:13 I've never seen this before, that is very interesting

Wow
New traffic lights green means go red means stop red light speed limit 0
Why is a left turn allowed for a road but the other side says don’t go straight? I’m confused
Doghouse is rare in Michigan
And There is a 4-section Green Right Arrow Traffic Light Which Can Be Red Turn Into Right Arrow
😮
My city made flasing yellow lights in 2018
What is the name and model of the camera that you use?
