Brisk polling is underway for the Srinagar Parliamentary seat since early morning. Women and first-time voters are turning up in large numbers at the polling booths to cast their vote. In Srinagar the main competition is between National Conference candidate Agha Ruhullah and PDP's Waheed Parra.
