She needs to make her own choices and also parents not having any money and always having debt and causing trouble, that’s their freaking fault and that her brother and sister in law became criminals and had to go to jail. They don’t even deserve to even be bailed out and also these parents really needs to quit borrowing money and spend them on random things, they need to do a better job in handling money, could’ve gotten a job at least or something instead of always asking for your own child for their money when you’re in debt
Yeah I wouldn’t give them anymore money. I would be like it’s my money I earned it. What did you do with all the money I already gave you? I would just buy them groceries and be in control of where the money goes instead of letting them have it to waste. They should have kept a record of how the money was spent. They haven’t shown any thanks or love for their own child. I wouldn’t want them to be homeless but I wouldn’t let them control my own finances.

I'm an Asian & a Chinese as well, but I wholeheartedly agree that any daughters who have such parents who favored their sons more than their daughters, while their daughters are the one who have to sacrifice their well-being & life just for the sake of the family & teeth-grittingly enough, their male siblings at many times, should ✂️ this kinda toxic ties, no matter what it takes. The whole situation just shows how toxic this favouritism towards males n how shit of a mother she is towards her daughter. There r a few cases of parents severing ties with their children when their children r causing the fam problems that r too severe to be saved, but if they continue to hold on to the very traditional Asian culture of not severing ties, they'll suffer for life if their children don't change.
