LOW CALORIE MEAL! Shrimp and Veggie bake! High in Fiber!

  • Shrimp and Vegetable Sheet Pan Dinner Recipe!

    This meal is both healthy is Delicious! They way I portion it, it works out to a 400 calorie serving!
    If your'e not looking to cut carbs this recipe is GREAT over rice with a dab of soy sauce or teriyaki sauce.
    INGREDIENTS!!
    Veggies of your choice! But I use:
    Brussel Sprouts (1 net bag)
    One Red Pepper
    One Yellow Pepper
    Broccoli Crowns (approx 2)
    Protein of your choice! I use:
    Andouille Sausage (2 links)
    Shrimp! Remove the shell and tail
    Olive oil
    oil cooking spray (olive or avocado)
    Salt
    Pepper
    Garlic Powder
    Paprika
    Oregano
    Onion powder -if desired
    Garlic and Herb- if desired
    Wash and Cut your veggies, then season with olive oil and seasonings.
    Lay veggies flat on sheet pan lined with foil to bake - I give the Brussel sprouts about a 15 minute head start. They take longer to cook.
    after Brussel Sprout cook for a bit, add the reminder of the veggies and the sausage.
    Cook Shrimp or Chicken in separate Pan with garlic powder and paprika for seasoning.
    Let veggies cook til tender (or to your liking). I cook mine for approx. 30 minutes then broil for 4 minutes for an extra char!
