I was thinking push "p" for carpals. Learned about those bones and many more when taking first aid training for work. What do you use for button repairs, to bring back the conductivity?
Thank you, I realise now that carpals are bones. My wife used to be a radiographer lol. Usually for button repairs a quick clean will get them working again with IPA or water but if it's completely gone I would cut another button up and glue it on or glue on a small piece of tin foil. Thanks for watching and for the comment. 👍
@@RetroElectronicRepair Ah, no worries. I've had this thing since new. Loathed to scrap it. It stopped powering on, I can go fiddling, but I don't have my old kit. Sadly, down here, not one fella will take a peek! A dying breed are the fettling kind. Thank you for responding. What if I covered postage, parts, and compensated you for your time?
do you know how i would go about getting my xbox 1 fixed , it has the same problem you’ve displayed in a video, when i plug in the power the light shuts off. But im not capable of doing what you did to fix it. And this xbox has many many emails to accounts and such on it that i need to get into the accounts.

Hi you. Where in the UK are you? If it's the south, you don't fancy having a crack at my Toshiba D-VR18DT VHS/DVD player repair, do you?
Sorry I'm up north near Blackpool, I used to live down south until 6 years ago.
