SKMEI has become my favorite very affordable watch company. I have owned at least 40+ of their watches and so far I’ve never been disappointed or had one die on me. I’ve seen some reviews batching the brand but you really have to remember how affordable these watches are before complaining about fit and finish. Great video and thanks.
Thanks for your feedback. What about the accuracy of digital models? And yes, if you don't mind that they are copycats of other watches (mainly Casio), then digital models are very decent especially for the price. What is not so great that the time accuracy on these digital Skmei models are a lottery. From my experience: accuracies are from several sec/month to almost over 1 minute /month. That is not the case with the cheaper Casio models, usually their accuracy error fits to max 10-12 sec/month.
Skmei watches are quite cheap but offer a decent enough value for money in my opinion and I would definitely recommend this brand. Would Love to have the black one

Yes. Now this case fits the bezel well. I remember when you posted the 1717 , as cool the case was more or less military design, the dial was not fitting to that exteriour. This on the other hand is a good combination of elegant design. To bad it has a few flaws...

Im ok with it, but for my taste, and use, this would get scratched up really fast and i need something with 5ATM rating at minimal. in daytime I dont take watches off unless i have to. I work in a dusty / dirty enviroment usually. This is to "Fancy" for that. I like military style / aviator / whatever fits my taste in that moment :D
Disappointing. I've had my share of Chinese quartz movements and I'm not happy with those. Minute hand always jumps when setting the time and the ticks are loud.
Its like analog version of Skmei 1456, when it appears on Ali i will try out luck with gold one. The 1456 is great going strong for 2 years, nothing to tell except great cheap watch.

My two cents on this, in my country I could only get the gold and rose gold and I went from gold... Quality is half decent but the brush finish looks more like wood painted in gold imo, but I've gotten lovely comments on the watch even more than with a Fossil chrono or a casio mtp-vd01 of mine. Thanks to pp for the beautiful design I guess and thanks to skmei for allowing us mortals to rock such iconic design for the price of a pizza combo
@@Oioioilarva446 not at all, I bought it in early December. However as I have multiple watches I wear in rotation there can't be mucho of wear and tear specifically if I use it maybe once or twice a week at home (I work at home so not much sweat or potential damage)

At least it has a quartz movement instead of a cheap Chinese automatic which are totally unreliable...

This SKMEI 1794 can be changed to the rubber strap of the SKMEI 1717 watch, will you please? I like the rubber strap more than the steel strap.
Dont have the 1717 at the moment, but I guess it should fit for replacement

yes, that's annoying, but you don't have to set time often, more concern is about the reliability, for how long it will work

How this is compared to poedagar 613 which has SS case though?
I didn't see the Poedagar 613 in person. Now checked on the aliexpress. I have a big doubt it's a reall SS case at this price point.
