Pretty sure that's intentional. In the zoo it was written Antarctica, except some letters were erased, so it reads Arctic instead. I think that's why, Junior reads Arctic and says he wants to go to the North Pole (I guess, he is the one who doesn't know penguins don't live at the North pole, because he's probably never been there :( )
