It’s apple barrel brand. Gloss acrylic paint. I pick it up from Joann fabric if you have 1 in your city or any fabric store should sale it

U should add fabric medium or use fabric paint if the clothing is going to be repeatedly worn and u don't want it to crack..

I made an outfit similar like this for my daughter and washed it. It was fine. Just try to use a heat press for the picture if you decide to wash it.
