Matt Moscona debates if the Saints should trade up in the draft to select a defensive tackle. We name four draft prospects they could target and discus which would be the best fit for New Orleans. - Спорт
Trading up for a DT should be a fireable offense.
Why wtf??? All we have is Bresee I swear all you idiots want is a black QB 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 our biggest needs are OT, DT, & G
If they do you can add it to the list!
He’s clearly not talking about 1st round
I might be the only person who thinks Trevor P will be the saint most improved player next year by far! I got faith in the kid
I really hope your right
You're not the only one. Call me crazy, but coaching plays a big part and I think his athleticism is going to help him flourish in this new scheme :)
@@MosheGoldbergTheKing I agree makes no sense to write him off already
No trading up. If anything trade BACK to acquire MORE picks. Saints desperately need young, new talent.
We don’t have any selections in the 3rd/4th round. We will trade up
Pick at 14. There will be a stud. Wouldn't you want the oc to pick up a first rounder he covets? A chess piece. then trade a pick from next year for a third rounder. That is a great idea
Speaking of not allowing a 100 yard rusher, it’s was broken by the eagle when hurts and miles sanders both broke 100 in a single game in 2020 when taysom hill started his 4 games while drew was injured
DT Newton at 14 might not be a bad idea! He & Breese would be a great tandem!
No, name one time trading up for a DT wit potential has worked?
We should of address the O Line in Free Agency to we can get some luxury picks in this draft
With these people at the helm, we really don't know what they're going to do.
That dude jerzahn newton the DT from illinois is a game wrecker high motor highly disruptive interior Dlinemen i love his game but we need to get one of these Olinemen at #14
Perfect draft OLx2 WR DL S TE LB
I like Maason Smith from LSU and I James Williams from Miami
Are we talking trading up after our first pick because we could get the number dt withour first pick. Im all for moving up after pick one. Great dts win games.
WHAT!!??
Stay put and draft the best OT
What about Joshua Karty? He is the best at his position.
I think at this point I believe more in a 5th round OT than a first rounder from the Saints.
Might as well get best players available, if Allen fails at least the team can start rebuilding with good players
Tyler davis is good too & sweat (texas)
Trading up is a bad idea, and has been bad each of the past times we did it (Marcus Davenport, Trevor Penning, Jonathan Sullivan etc...). We need to be moving backwards and picking up more picks. None of these guys are a Garuantee. Most of the successful players on the roster came after the first round or were undrafted.
I prefer to trade down with the eagles and pick up a second round pick. That way you have a first and 2 seconds. Then I would take those five 5. 5th round draft picks get rid of two or three of those and move up for a high third and keep two fifths and skip the fourth round. That should get you some quality players
We need to stay away from the Eagles, who have fleeced us in the draft and free agency!!
I'd grab ot at 14 and try to move up in 2nd
@@craigtrapp7313 to get what player hopefully not. Quarterback we owe the one we have too much money
@@michaelledee4438 i think a great DT or WR would be up higher. No picks till 5th round after that
@@craigtrapp7313 I thought we had it first and a second. Then after that it's fifth round five of them lol I will give up three out of the five to move up for a high third round pick trade back with the eagles and pick up a second round pick that would give you one first 2 seconds and 1 third round pick do nothing in the fourth round shane, make your 2/5 round picks that are left who knows what's going to happen. That's what makes it so exciting
Row row row your Boat
Trading up for that only makes sense in later rounds.
I think that’s what he’s talking about but people comment before watching
draft guys have Fiske going to Panthers...
They need to trade back to get a 3rd round & another
Outland trophy winner gets zero respect from media! Texas NT T'Vondre Sweat is an big & nasty dude that requires double teams 6-4 1/2 360lbs he dominant inside he had his Texas Pro day recently and Saints Defensive coaches were raving about him. He got DUI recently, so potentially drop a bit. He is run stuffer one can moves well for a big man. Fiske is just another Breese makes zero sense.
Managing his weight could become a costly problem!!
@jjscrilla3558 I don't think so big guys like this didn't just gain this weight overnight they have been playing heavy for along time. OL DL mostly are just heavy people just the way it is.
@@dlp2600 A man that big getting a lot more money than he's ever had could be a big problem. I've seen this happen many times before at this position specifically!! Now he's had a DUI arrests since the Combine, if that causes him to slide into the 2nd, 3rd or 4th Rd maybe a selection would be good then, but not in the 1st Rd.
@jjscrilla3558 no not in 1st rd he was rated as 2nd rd before the DUI he will probably slide a bit hopefully Saints can grab him.
Not what we need to do this year! Just let the draft play out & let it come to us!
Yes trade up from 45 and get Sweat
Here is what I don't get. Why don't the Saints grab Darius Phylon in free agency? Cheap and good
Trade down if anything. Both rounds. Let Ram go while he can still walk. For his own sake
No you don’t trade down this year because at 14 the Saints will get a great player day 1 starter maybe in other years but not this one
Doesn't matter, DA will find a way to fk up the draft.
I wouldn't complain if Turner falls to 14, and draft Barton tackle/guard/center from Duke.
14 pick OLT
54 pick ORT are Defense Line
Trade with Bears
75 pick ORG are Defense Line
Bears Get Two number 5
One six round
One seven round
and a 2025 4th round are 3rd round.
Ŵe ñeed ot more thàn añy thing. A qb wòuld be nicè but moveing up ìs whats got us in this shape to start with
