I have a friend who is very quiet, she looks scary at first glance but she's actually sweet when you become closer to her, probably because she's not socialized at all, and doesn't get along with people often due to her fear of starting conversations, and whatnot. I also have a friend who is a very outgoing one; she's fun, sweet, and all, but when we had our group project 2 years ago, she was assigned as our leader. I still remember that day when our group were totally outnumbered by slackers, so she snapped off and said the things that made the others embarrass. Of course, being her best friend, I am always there to support her, but this side of her is still stuck in my head. Outgoing people do not feel fear when talking to people with seriousness because for them, there are times to have fun, and there are times that we have to take serious situations. This is what I also see in Sana's, not because she's an extrovert (Of course it also plays a big part of her being so active), and because she is willing to do the things she want for her self and for the others.

Dahyun and the other girl was (kinda) neglecting their practices (didn’t come to the practice date, being late,..etc). Sana got frustrated because of that and she just tell them what she felt. That’s all. Funny thing, the team ended up winning that round and I guess the major factor that helped them was the transparency that the members had amongst each other (like Sana opened up about how she felt Dahyun and the other girl weren’t contributing enough to the team). Lol sorry for the long reply, but I hope u’ll get the idea
