The way I was screaming that protective cover was not put right !!!! you didn't even have to take it apart but I guess it's a learning experience same thing happens with food processors usually people don't put the container properly and just think that the thing is broken

I didn’t see anything broken either. Something had popped out if i recall correctly. The safety switch inside was not operating correctly. How this happened is a mystery
Junk it may be, but if one other person now knows how to get the top off to repair it, and acts on that information in the spirit of repair, then all is not lost!
