“Name one thing we didn’t notice in Encanto that is not in this video.” When Bruno knocks on wood, he is trying to prevent his bad predictions about the future. Example: “I predict that bad things will happen to Cecilia (one of the kid audiences in The Family Madrigal). So he knocks on wood for hoping that his bad predictions will not happen.
I don’t think that’s quite right. I don’t think Bruno is trying to prevent his predictions from being bad. I think it’s more like he thinks he’s a jinx because everyone accuses him of being a jinx. Wait a minute…but did you catch *this* about Encanto? Of course Bruno’s acting out a World Cup from the 90s, and of course he’s acting out a telenovela. It’s because he can see into the future. He’s acting out things that are in the distant future. The very distant future, since Encanto takes place in a time where folks don’t have TVs (or telenovelas) and they don’t have radios.
Did you know why isabella looks so amazed when she saw the cactus for the first time? And she calls that cactus with 'it's not simetrical and perfect' 'something sharp, something new'. Because she has been live for her entire life in the encanto. So, he never saw the dessert that usually has a single cactus. :)
I just got to say that it is not some time after 1988 when we learn about Abela's origins what happens was based on a real event in Columbia called the thousand days war which happened in 1899 and by then Abuela had her children which are 50 years old during the movie so if you add 50 to 1899 you get 1949 when the movie takes place
That would match more closely with Augustin's outfit. He is definitely dressed in a rather snappy way. Men's wear had that type of fashion anywhere between the Victorian era to the 50s. However such styles died out in the 2nd half of the 20th century.
It wouldn't match with the priest wearing pants though, that became prevalent after the Second Vatican Council in the '60s; in the '40s he would've more likely been wearing a cassock. It'd be interesting to hear the filmmakers' comments regarding the time period though, there seem to be so many anachronisms no matter what era it's thought to be.
another kind of hidden secret: when dolores was singing her part in "we dont talk about bruno" she says the line "i can always sort of hear him muttering and mumbling" because bruno lives in the walls of the house
In the scene where Pedro dies, its at the colorful river, and when Abuela find Mirabel there, the yellow butterfly on the strand of grass just happens to be where pedro died
Actually if you notice, all the characters have their powers shown in their dress. Pepa : Sunlight earrings Mirabel's mom : There is that embroidery on her dress which shows the thing that was used for making medicines or something Luisa : The weight shaped figures Isabella: The roses Camilo: Chameleon designs on his clothes Dolores: Design of sound waves on her clothes Antonio: Has animal designs on his clothes. Bruno: The design which is like the falling sand design showing the time and vision.
1:50 Well, seeing that Abuelo was killed by soldiers in the flashback, we know that the past was set during a civil war (which, knowing Colombia, doesn't narrow it down). However, going by their ages and the song, we know that it either takes after La Violencia (1903-1958) or Conflicto armado interno de Colombia (1960-present). Seeing as Abuela looked to be around the early to late 20s (maybe late teens, since marrying early was/is a thing), it would be a max of a 50-year time skip. My guess is she had the kids are around 19-21, which is when she and Abuelo fled from the soldiers and got the miracle.
There was another reference at the end of the movie when Bruno starts singing he says “Let it rain, Let it snow, let it go!” (Frozen reference/Let It Go reference)
I really appreciate the fact that Disney directors and casts actually goes to the countries of the movie they are basing it off if. They went all over Polynesian islands and Columbia for the movies.
By the way, in the scene where Antonio's ceremony takes place, everyone is clapping but if you look closely to Dolores she's actually clapping with her fingers because it might be too loud for her.
Hiw come no one mentions that Bruno is hidden in the background of the “we dont talk about Bruno” song? When my GF told me he was there i was like no wayy, but he was just back there dancing away
Did you catch this on encanto? On the song, "we don't talk about Bruno" Dolores ( the girl with good hearing ) said in the song " I can always hear him sort of muttering and mumbling " and Dolores is talking about the guy, Bruno! So it means Dolores knew the whole time that Bruno was there, hiding the whole time but never said Bruno was there!
In song "We don't talk about Bruno" when Camilo sings "Seven foot frame" he transforms into over exaggerated 7 foot tall Bruno. Right after that he transforms into normal sized Bruno, to match his actual height. Very cool detail
Ok I have a theory… So when mirabel touched the candle at her ceremony she wiped her hand on her clothing INSTEAD of touching the door straightaway like Antonio did in his ceremony. I think that instead of transferring the magic of the candle to the door which then decides her gift she transferred the magic to herself. So by touching her clothing after touching the candle she has now transferred the magic to herself making her the deciding factor towards her gift unlike the rest of the family who have their special rooms designed toward helping them utilise their gifts. This can also link to the fact that mirabel decided that she was going to save the casita therefore deciding her fate making herself the gift, I hope that makes some sense lol….😂 Thoughts??

Did no one notice the blue glowing things on mirabel's dress they probably represent the broken pieces of bruno's vision. There is also a candle, a fist which probably represents luisa's gift. There also animals representing Antonio's gift and not only pink and purple flowers probably representing Isabella's gift but different types of plants. At the end of the movie we get to know that Isabella cannot only grow flowers but also different types of plants. I haven't spotted them all but I think there are many icons representing each family members gift.I also noticed there is a scene from what else can I do on mirabels dress
Dang man your great u inspire us and great content love your (edit the song and Augustine is a bachata a dance I from a Dominican family dance it a lot)
Actually everyone that has a gift also have patterns on their clothing that matches their gift Isabella with flowers Luisa with dumbbells, Camilo with chameleons, Pepa with raindrops and other weather symbols, Juliet a with herbs and stuff, Dolores with I FORGOT And Antonio doesn’t yet bc he just got his gift so no “special” clothing is made for him yet. As for Mirabel? There were mostly flowers on her dress but there’s an obvious butterfly too. And what did EVERYONE’S DOOR AND THE CANDLE have on it? A BUTTERFLY! hence, I believe that Mirabel didn’t get a gift bc she was meant to be the next candle holder.

Encanto actually took place in the late 50’s, around the same time Luca took place and people think that bruno is actually Alberto’s dad because Alberto says selenzio(idk if I spelt that right)bruno and they literally made a song about not talking about bruno
I dont think that theory is true because 1. Just cause they have the same name doesn’t mean they are the same person 2. Because Bruno’s name was originally supposed to be Oscar , but it was changed to Bruno because of in the somg , they say “We don’t talk about Bruno , no , no , no
You didn’t even notice one thing when Dolores sing after Felix and pepa once she say “they couldn’t understand” bruno’s head is just Vibing in the background
It’s not that Dolores wasn’t happy for her little brother to get his gift! She wishes she could’ve clapped, but if she unplugged her ears, she would’ve gone CRAZY!!
1:18 if you also catch out, you can see her smiling, meaning she is enjoying it, just that the fireworks going off would sound like an explosion if it was 10x louder and right next to your ear.
I want you to know about this in Encanto, go to the part where Mirabel and Dolores are singing the ''we don't talk about Bruno'' go a little bit forward. the part that Dolores said to Mirabel that ''do you understand'' look closely to the background you will see Bruno in there
I just realized when the flower sister sings in we don’t talk about Bruno she is the only one saying Bruno told her something good and perfect which is what I thought was weird till I realized the reason it’s in the song is because “he told me that the life of my dreams would be mine and my power would grow” is because her life wasn’t like her dreams and her powers weren’t growing till the mc and hers song
Something I noticed myself is that all three lines have their own colors. Pepa and Felix (and their kids) all wear yellow, and Mirabell, her sisters and her parents all wear blue. If Bruno had any kids, they would probably wear green.

Pepa taught Isabela how to dance, its fair that Bruno taught his niece how to dance too
@Sophiaaaaaa I didn't say that but yes. (Or the vision did)
@Sophiaaaaaa I didn't say that but yes. (Or the vision did) (or the donkeys)
When Mirabel got her gift she wiped her hands on her dress after holding the candle which could be the reason she got no gift
YES THANK YOU finnaly someone who agreeees
Another one: when Dolores is singing in We don't talk about Bruno, we can see Bruno sneaking and even dancing in the background.
That was most likely camilo pretending to be bruno as he had green eyes but Bruno hasn't used his powers in years
It's actually Hernando, who is scared of nothing in the poster :)
Encanto is definitely not set in the 1980s onward.

If mirabels mom can heal anything why cant mirabels bad eyesight be fixed?
I think she thought that the glasses were a part of dho they were, that's why she didn't cure it
I think she can't heal something you born with, 'cause for your body its totally normal.
I remember one of the creators asnwering it with that bad eyesight was part of mirabel and the mom doesn't want to change her daughter
👊
Agustin is such a good dad
My favor scenes:when Felix is like "camilo fix your face"also when camilo turns into a baby and is looking for Mirabel and when Dolores and murabel are staring at each other 😂
0:57 I don't see Bruno? I think you're referring to Hernando
hernando and bruno is the same person bud

Agustin is so underated he is the 2nd best dad my dad's first btw anyways he is so nice he even showed Abeula some scence
Actually everyone that has a gift also have patterns on their clothing that matches their gift
Isabella with flowers
Luisa with dumbbells,
Camilo with chameleons,
Pepa with raindrops and other weather symbols,
Juliet a with herbs and stuff,
Dolores with I FORGOT
And Antonio doesn’t yet bc he just got his gift so no “special” clothing is made for him yet.
As for Mirabel? There were mostly flowers on her dress but there’s an obvious butterfly too. And what did EVERYONE’S DOOR AND THE CANDLE have on it? A BUTTERFLY! hence, I believe that Mirabel didn’t get a gift bc she was meant to be the next candle holder.
dolores had sound waves :D
In one of the village children scenes the background say Columbia
ColOmbia.

YOU MISSED SOMEHING SOMEONE MISSED IN ENCANTO!! In the background when Dolores sings about Bruno, Bruno is on the top level dancing to her singing
DID YOU CATCH THAT, SMARTY PANTS!
@@sanchez_2011 yes, many people caught that. So many it isn't worth mentioning. Also, it's not Bruno - it's the shapeshifter, because he moves and dances like him, not Bruno.
@@emerysleeper1272 apparently , it was actually confirmed to be Bruno so..
Y’all forgot that when Mirabel was going to get her gift she touched the candle the WIPED HER HANDS ON HER DRESS. That shows that she wipes off the magic before she opened the door.
I loved when he asked if I caught this in Encanto.
Did you catch this?:Mirabel didnt get a gift because after she got the magic in her hands she wiped them off her dress just watch the scene again!
This isnt actually a hidden detail, its a theory, and its false
@@yay29823 true , i hate when people say “the reason why” blah blah blah , when it’s just a theory and not confirmed to be the *ACTUAL* reason.
U know all the characters have their own designs on their clothes not just luisa
Encanto actually took place in the late 50’s, around the same time Luca took place and people think that bruno is actually Alberto’s dad because Alberto says selenzio(idk if I spelt that right)bruno and they literally made a song about not talking about bruno
Actually it's "silenzio" but ok🙂😁
@@gaetanocerbone3196 thx
@@_Dec you're welcome
I dont think that theory is true because
1. Just cause they have the same name doesn’t mean they are the same person
2. Because Bruno’s name was originally supposed to be Oscar , but it was changed to Bruno because of in the somg , they say “We don’t talk about Bruno , no , no , no
Fun fact: when abuela said "we swear to always for those around us" is the tone of dos orugitas
these facts made the movie so much better!
When they're all clapping for Antonio's GIF de Dolores has to clap with her fingers
Also, when Luisa sang her song, the part were the Titanic appears instead of saying “Titanic” it says Madrigal instead
Also when Dolores is singing Bruno is in the back vibing
When dolores was singing in the song 'we dont talk about bruno' bruno can be seen in the background multiple times
1:18 if you also catch out, you can see her smiling, meaning she is enjoying it, just that the fireworks going off would sound like an explosion if it was 10x louder and right next to your ear.
Sabias que la película en realidad sucede en 1950 pero en lo de “en Barranquilla me quedo” es un anacronismo
The best part about this is that it's probably not all of the hidden movie details. There is probably still so much to find.
When the song that Agustin plays my grandpa started to dance 💃😂
Also during We Don’t Talk About Bruno during one part Bruno is just in the back, vibing
I like the fact that Delores is depicted as "can't keep a secret" but knew about Bruno the entire time
me getting a encanto ad while watching this
I got an add for Disney+ while watching this (I haven't ever gotten one for them) and it was showcasing Encanto
Y loved that he always says 'did you know this in encanto' lol
Wow. Okay! Cool facts!
very good, facts that i did not know liked the video and i will see a few more of your videos and then if i like them i maybe can subscribe 😃!
Bruno knew the world would need that boot one day
I want you to know about this in Encanto, go to the part where Mirabel and Dolores are singing the ''we don't talk about Bruno'' go a little bit forward. the part that Dolores said to Mirabel that ''do you understand'' look closely to the background you will see Bruno in there
When Dolores sings in we don't talk about Bruno he is in the background vibing lol
🤩 I love it so much and thank you
One thing u missed, in Dolores’s rap part in we dont talk about Bruno, Bruno was in the background grooving
Fun fact: when they sing we don’t talk about Bruno in Dolores part in the background you can actually see bruno
Love your videos
