You'd get more damage out of Sacred Flame if you used the Pyromancer's Parting Flame. Every spell cast with it also has a regular combustion thrown in absolutely free.
This looks like a pretty awesome build, but I wonder how it would function with black serpent instead of the fire orb. That homing line would likely fuck a lot of people up who are in mid range, especially if they have a hard time seeing it in the warmth.

Demon's Scar and Onyx Blade with the buff to Dark/Chaos infusions made Pyro(of course not the pure caster ones) builds much more viable, although not the absolute God tier, but in my opinion the most versatile build class of all, as you can cast almost all sorceries/miracles/pyromancies dealing respectable damage with the appropriate catalyst and do fine damage with Dark/Chaos infused melee weapons at min requirements(which are a counter to BKS turtles by the way), making them awesome for PVE and PVP, both duels and invasions.

Guild of Souls His question was on how to deal with katana running R1 spammers. you can block those since they don't do a lot of stamina damage but i always roll away. If i equip a fire infused black iron greatshield that has something like 97% fire absorption, I can easily block pyromancy.
Guild of Souls Sacred flame is to slow to be a treat. You don't try to block black flame since it does dark damage en way to much stamina damage. when you see a pyromancer moves close to you, you know he's going to use a black flame so you just don't block. There are always attacks you don't want to block. It's the same as saying you can't block against a quality build because they can pull out an ultra great weapon.
last time I remember someone done that trick, all I did use hidden body, muffle my feet, and roll it as I prepare some bleed, posion and toxic. Then again I used frost as my other trick if they become that lazy, then yet again meurcy spell works perfectly fine.
I usually show my loadout, including armour, at the end of my videos. But for this one I wore the Desert Pyromancer Hood, Slave Knight Armour, Slave Knight Gauntlets and Ruin Leggings. Glad you like it!
swap to the parting flame - it does more damage at close range. Also, remember that Iron Flesh puts your lightning defense to negative (and that armor has shit Lightning defense anyway)
Flame fan is actually better than most low-range pyromancies. If you hit one, you hit the second and perhaps third too, and the damage is pretty good. Its really all about how you time it, as you wont get any hyper armor while casting pyromancies :/

Raj Kamal Roy Baro I made a build like this a week back or so and I didn't have a fireball or sacred flame I replaced sacred flame with black flame and it is amazing the slow fan attack or black flame they can't tell what's coming until it's too late gonna add a fireball now to lure people in after seeing this video

James Riccardo Easiest way is to start of as a knight, get faith up to 12, grab the astora straight sword with a raw infusion and level up vigor until you're sl25-30. Then just invade undead settlement for an hour or two. There may be a better starting class for this but I choose knight just because I typically run strength builds.

since you use sacred flame as main damage output, you should use the parting flame. ranged spells get a bit weaker, but melee casts do more damage.

Instead of Fire Orb, try out Bursting Fireball. It's much more consistent and applies more pressure in combination with Floating Chaos.
