I love this episode! It's funny that Carl was insecure about going to his reunion because of his weight and here the Darnells were bigger then him! Yet it really warmed my heart to see Carl and the Darnells happily reuniting with each other
The one with the fully receded Jheri Curl hairline was Uncle Otis of Sharane's family in House Party. He said, "Fix me some of that Dick Gregory (great diet drink of the '80s & '90s)."
This episode stuck in my brain for so long, I'd nickname stuff Darnell, like my old phone or computer. It also reminds me of one of Stefan's earlier appearances where he's telling Carl he's looking more in shape than ever and then asks him to turn to the side. He does and Stefan rhetorically asks "oh no, where'd you go?"

The reason was because back in high school, he struggled with his weight issues, while the Darnells had high metabolism and did sports. However, when he saw them again, the Darnells had put on weight and they noticed that Carl was more healthier than them.
I have never understood why anyone goes to class reunions. I find the idea silly. Graduating from high school was the happiest day of my life and have no desire to relive those memories or see people who remind me of those. I get its for drama but still.
LBF522 reunions are fairly pointless now that we have Facebook. I went to mine and only talked with people I was FB friends with. Plus, our conversations were basically, " So I noticed on Facebook you're doing X now." Totally pointless. I won't be going to my next reunion.

And They Should've Kept Lieutenant Murtagh For Years Instead Of Bringing Captain Savage On The Show. More Episodes With Carl And Lieutenant Murtagh Busting Bad Guys. I Wish There Was A Family Matters/Married With Children Crossover Later Which Carl And The Darnells Meet Al Bundy And His High School Friends. And The Rest Of Winslows And Steve And Lieutenant Murtagh Meets The Rest Of Bundy's And Two Neighbors. And Since Off-Camera, Eddie, Laura, Judy, Steve And Rodney Were Attacked By 45 Gang Members And Carl Took Down Armed Thugs On A Regular Basis And More Than 5 Family Matters Characters Showed Toughness To The Fullest, The Winslows And Friends Get Revenge On The Criminals Who Beat Up Al After His Friends Got In The. Car And Took Off. Or The Winslows/Friends And Bundys/Friends Take On 50 Gang Members At Least.
