Stardew Valley Community Center Speedrun (Previous World Record)

Main route changes over previous wr:
• moved around axe upgrade days to cut out a Clint visit
• gift Demetrius year 1 instead of year 2 (technically loses time but is way safer)
• place cc chest on winter 17 instead of fall fishing (probably loses time but gives you more fishing time and 50 more wood to use)
• not a route change but I also screenshot the rock ladders on floors 3-9 so I know around where the ladder pattern is for floors 43-49
