sorry for the litlle talk at the beginning there a guy asked me if i would ever join a content creator house and i thought it was a pretty interesting conversation
dont be afraid to leave those bits in, please. those talks are so interesting and make these videos so much better. also, you could hint what you talk about in those segments in the title of the video
I think it was an interesting discussion but I think too many people especially the younger generation are very disconnected with reality and don't realize that content creation is a pipe dream career. It almost always results the person developing zero actual skills that apply to everyday life. I taught at a school and 90 percent of my students wanted to be content creators and I told them to take schooling serious first and do content creation on the side and if the content creation starts to pan out then it would make sense to pursue that further. I think people give up way to soon to pursue something in life because we are exposed to games, technology, and content creation early on within our brains growth. Gen Z specifically was polled in a survey to think that you need to make around 500k to 600k to live comfortably while millennials said that the number was around 160k. I would like to think this has a lot to do with content creators' influence on their generation as they grew up. Anyways glad to see you enjoying supervive and educating the community on what you have learned so far!
Double checked and yeah. Number 1 player in squads is still a Shrike main. I think low elo players over-exaggerate how good she is but I also think high elo players under-exaggerate how good she is.
Eh The rank 1 player can pretty much play anything and it will work as long as they're queued in a stack or now I guess duo limit. They are so far ahead it really doesn't matter what they play
This is true. But the rank 1 thing doesn't really matter cus it's all about grinding rn. And well the rank 1 rn is ofc super skilled regardless of if rank is about grinding but they could play legit anything and kick ass with it
that was my first thought but more importantly to me is that its actually also letting him scout sightlines where his teammates arent present. he doesnt really need to look towards the engagement when his teams already on top of them
Why does Shrike even have an enemy LMB indicator in the first place? I assume that’s why you have to keep aiming your cursor behind before shooting. This seems really annoying to play.
@@LawsofPaul because that's the one from of actual counterplay her high damage basic attacks have. If there was no enemy indicator that'd be extremely difficult to ever play against
Finally high elo shrike gameplay. I feel like they don't exist. I want to be play shrike even if she is considered bad in high elo but the lack of content on her is sad.
Loved the talk at the start since I never saw your vids before it helped get to know you a little and I want to support your journey. I had a small question do you use mb4 mb5 for anything?
I really dont think you gotta look 180° to the other direction to throw off their dodge 😂 like a bit to the left or right of them should do just the same, youre just making it harder for yourself to aim and actually hit them, especially when you dont even have vision on them without looking at them at night. Felt weird to watch. Obviously youre great at the game and all, but shrikes projectiles are so fast that most of the time xour aim is what matters most and not their ability to predict your shots or dodge
I'm surprised to see you not guarantee shots with dash combo since dash doesn't interrupt your left click cast. The shift comes out half a second before they are ready to dodge the left click and then left click gets a long range hit as well. Then again your aim is so good I guess you don't need it. Been having moderate success (although I'm bad and can't aim 1/10th as well as you) going amplifier to get her dash super low cd even if you miss.
I feel like the flicking back and forth to not show them where u are gonna shoot rly messed with your accuracy would it not be better to just try and aim at them?
I dread randoms picking shrike in my games. Its always a dead pick. Does nothing in lower mmr. Idk why every random seems to main her and then completely troll gameplay wise
Im pretty sure you can see the LMB indicator of the enemy Shrike. And that tells you not only where she is aiming but also gives you her position. So he turns around to obscure that.
Shrike? I hate shrike, god I can’t believe she two taps everyone in the game! And her range? Don’t get me started! In any other game she’d be considered OP, but no not this game. She’s considered a ‘Noob Killer’! It’s seriously no fun to just be tagged from the shadows and then die. Like me and my bro landed and out the gate, BAM! Two tapped! God if I had a nickel for every time I was two shot by shrike I’d be legitimately rich. Oh Hudson? Nah he’s cool, pretty easy to play against just get behind him.
My main problem with Shrike is that she's just not very fun to play against. Sure the argument of "she's op because she 2 shots me" is shallow 100%, but the fact that it only takes one hit to do half your hp, whether the player is good at the game or not, isn't fun. It just feels like you're trying to navigate a bullet minefield the whole fight. Other hunters that are rewarded for properly sustaining damage, or comboing abilities properly (looking at you Void) feel a lot more manageable to fight and improve against. But when she can make her primary weakness of being slow and telegraphed irrelevant by following up on the many slows and stuns in the game, it just kinda feels bad to die to, or at least be chunked badly
"whether the player is good at the game or not": I don't think it's true, it requires some good aim (or bad enemies) to be able to output damages consistantly. In duo squads it's one of the worst winrates, in 4 squad it's not on the top either, all that while being one of the most picked champ
@@LuccDev output damage consistently yes sure. But all it takes is one lucky hit for a bad player to put you out of the fight for several seconds and need to heal. Compared to other hunters who need to be able to consistently hit to deal good damage, which is gonna require a lot more coordination and aiming to do the same thing Shrike can do with 1 or 2 hits
sorry for the litlle talk at the beginning there a guy asked me if i would ever join a content creator house and i thought it was a pretty interesting conversation
also, jin is TOO HARD TO FUCKING HIT
The talking in the beginning is real i honestly relate to it as a up and coming content creator for games 🐐💯
Honestly your talks and takes on things are very interesting because its different to what most others say.

I think the thing is about Shrike I feel is you need to dive her.
In low ELO where I play I can just sit in the back and shoot people
always appreciate the content Erick! always love watching your vids. keep it up brother 🫡
I think he looks away before releasing the bullet so the enemy cant track and dodge
Yeah
that was my first thought but more importantly to me is that its actually also letting him scout sightlines where his teammates arent present. he doesnt really need to look towards the engagement when his teams already on top of them

Very fun Shrike game, King Nidhogg!
would be an absolute joy to see you among OTV members
Those boots were a game changer and with the joules static dash I now like those

hey boss, if its not too much trouble, could you drop your camera settings? i cant really find anything thats really comfy for me
i have a video of it on my channel
@@NidhoggSupervive-bx2vg i'm stupid, i see it now. thanks and much love!
random but what skin does your joule have in this game? never seen it before

Maybe in most elos but you gotta remember these are top 10 games best teams in the world and best players mechanically
general godhogg what keybord u use?
K100 corsair
