In any case voter’s exhibitions are held to audit voters registers and that’s what is done all around the world ? Political parties don’t have any right to audit individual details - that’s a breach of data protection in the first place?
What Ghanaians need is a forensic audit of the register. The EC has no right to deny us that.

One main issue is the appointment of commissioners to the EC. One of the reason, if not the main, why the ndc, this time round, is not trusting the EC is the appointment of the current EC commissioners and their behaviour over time. Most of these commissioners are politically exposed, and so even inadvertent errors become very difficult to be accepted.

My question is in 2016 when Npp detected similar issues in the register how did the EC address it?. Did they address it differently from how they want to address it now?If how they addressed it in 2016 isnt any different from how they want to do it now then the EC shouldnt submit to the Ndc,it seems they have an agenda which is not good.Why does the Ndc want to have access to voters detailes 3 months before elections?.

Respectfully, It seems to me that you have no idea about what auditing entails. There are issues, some of which have even led to the sacking of some EC officials in certain parts of the country. Auditing will reveal the sources of the discrepancies amongst others. So if the EC indeeds is for credible electoral processes, why resist forcefully an audit process. Something smells fishy. Let us remove our party spectacles and resolve this issue before we are torn apart by war.
@@eugenebroni3501 You have rather not listened to the Full conversation. The Ndc is making several claims such as 1000s of people being transfered without their knowing and the EC says bring the Full list and details of such people and you only sent just about 20 mean while you claim they are in the 1000s.The EC is only demanding for the Full details of Ndc claims but the Ndc has not been able to provide it yet they are asking the EC to do a full Audit of the register with some IT experts known to the them only. The Ndc only want to have access to the final register very early for reasons known to them alonealone and the EC is smart enough not yield to their demands. It seems they are only blowing hot Air just to create an impression that the EC is against them which is not.
@@EbenezerAtiemo-ie5bt If that is the case, then why doesn't the EC, for the sake of transparency and credibility, do the audit for Ghanaians to see the results and chastise the NDC if they are just crying foul, or chastise the EC if they are truly to blame for the alleged discrepancies. After all, the EC has admitted some of the errors.

It seems prof gyampoh is a little bit lost.a voters register is always being workedbon every day as doible registration pops up and other dead names.so occasionally the register is displayed to that its being audited in all times.at this point less than 90 days to elections you want a forensic audit,when the register was open for audit they never took advantage of it,so you see the register comes in two,what theo the open register was marked is seperated from those who never attended.
This is absolutely absurd when did political parties decide to check the details of voters whether they are registered or not ? Is it not the voter themselves? Are we falling for the NDC’s stack ignorance about a provisional register and the EC’s mandate?
