  • Jesus did not come to start a new religion. In fact, the Bible says the Word is to be preached first to the Jews, then to the Gentiles. In today's episode, join Rabbi Schneider as he explores the why the inclusion of Gentiles in the Gospel of Jesus contributed to the separation of Judaism and Christianity.

Wow, just wow. I just read that in Matthew and was telling my wife, "We've all missed the mark, we're in the wrong about how we view Christianity." I can't even begin to tell you how the Lord has been working on me for the last year, although my walk began over 10 years ago. He has been showing me things that i was literally blind to before and now I am seeing the Word so alive, more alive than we are! Just, yeah. I know the Lord is calling me to ministry, but is taking proper time to build me up, and of course He is putting you in my life via youtube, haha! Thanks for all of the videos and wisdom my brother in Christ, my brother for all eternity, thank you!

thanks , Rabbi...this is very very informative and i hope that my fb friends will watch it....it helps explain the rift that still exists. And Why it started in the first place. I have loved the Jewish people for many years and always considered myself grafted in to the vine, and fed by the Jewish roots. But i didn't understand how the hatred and disbelief of Yeshua was propagated after the Temple was destroyed. thank you very much. i just became a ministry partner with your ministry and i am looking forward to getting your book, The Lion of Judah....i sure am thankful to Hashem for leading me to you and this wonderful Discovering the Jewish Jesus teaching ministry you have online. I watch you exclusively online, i live in Arkansas and wish there were more Messianic congregations around so i could go.

Please explain is it alright to eat pork, lobster, shrimps, etc.? Because in Leviticus and Deuteronomy God commands not eat these animals. Thank you.

Colossians 2:14-17..Now while we can eat all things, do we really NEED to? Some stuff we shouldn't WANT to eat! And you have to think that even though we CAN eat certain things, if God said not to, He had to have a reason for it, and I'm sure His reasoning hasn't changed! Some things/animals are disgusting, so eating the flesh of said animals probably isn't a good idea, so in turn, if we get sick or acquire diseases from eating these things, we've only got OURSELVES to blame!

After the first temple was taken down by the Romans; what and where did the new Jewish followers of Jesus go for sacrificing between then and 90 AD ?

Do you mean an actual curse? Or are you saying that the general spirit brought to the council by the Pharisees and their sons was negative and had the effect of a curse?

So True and we must find our way back to the Jewish roots and stay true to the Torah as Yeshua did from the beginning till his End here on earth. Not keeping the Torah is still a great sin today as it always has been. Not only for the Jewish people but for everyone who truly believes in Yeshua

The gospel is the gospel of the kingdom!
Jesus is going to return and set up the kingdom of God ON THE EARTH! God’s government ON THE EARTH! The Messiah died for his people! God resurrected the Messiah! The Messiah will resurrect his people at his coming! The destiny of the Messiah and his people is to be ON THE EARTH! The renewed restored earth! God also dwelling with them! Rev 21
    Matt 24
14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
Jesus said the Father is the only true God!
    John 17
3 And this is eternal life, that they know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent.

The Roman Catholic church claimed Peter was the first Bishop, while Josephus and Eusebius claimed James was the first. Acts may have been prejudiced toward the gentile church.

To be honest, I am so confused and it makes it very hard for me to follow the lord because I don't know what I'm doing? If we all came from Adam and Eve and then we all came from Noah, then how is one person Jewish and another gentile? Does it gentile convert to Judaism? does a gentile observe all the Jewish feast and holidays? Why is there so much confusion? And then there's his debate about Jewish people being the chosen ones and they didn't tiles are just taking in also, but that's like a father having several children in favoring one over all the other children which causes quite a bit of chaos within the family. I am a gentile and I would like to know exactly what I am supposed to do I do observe Sabbath but I am confused about the other feast and holidays? I do not want to go against God, the commandments and Sabbath, but I am truly confused. If I have been grafted onto the drawing doesn't that mean I have been grafted into the family? when I study the Bible I don't get really a clear answer and when I speak to people I don't get a clear answer those all these different opinions but I know that there is only one truth and I am seeking it. I would very much appreciate if people would respond to me not out of their opinion but what they believe is scripturally true. Thank you and God bless 🌷🙏🌷

I was googling to find out where the split was between the jewish and christians, how that transitioned and ended up youtubing to this video and wow... that explains a lot why people feel uncomfortable initially when they enter orthodox churches for liturgies AND why they have so many ways of calling someone a heretic. I've been repelled time and time again to enter the orthodox church but they say the demons try to do that in light of why you should actually go but explaining that there was a curse, by a form of anti-christ spirit in that council, and how it was manipulated by the Romans who rejected Jesus... it's really making me reconsider my beliefs and where I should stand.

In Christ there’s no Jew no Gentile, but the Church. It’s also a fact that while James and Peter were pastors and Apostles of the church in Jerusalem, Apostle Paul too the message of the Gospel to people around the world as recorded in Acts. So the coexisted Gentile church and Jewish church.

I have a question. Before they built the temple, they had a big tent that they used. So...why, after the temple was destroyed, didn't they put the tent up on the mount and use it?

I felt cursed with fear of people. Fear for my soul and safety as though talking to someone will curse my soul and open my soul up to a person to ruin me.
And traumatize me. Creat soul ties with bad people.
But it is probably a real curse that needs to be renounced.
