I bought the same air fryer yesterday and I'm waiting its arrival in the next half an hour. THANKS for your wonderful tutorial!! It will surely make my setup much easier!! Looking forward to making my first dinner tonight!!!
V. useful video clarifying the appalling instruction booklet. We can see how UNintuitive the 'Easy Frier' (hah!) instructions are by the difficulties you had in setting the controls to do what you wanted: it's reassuring to know that if you coped, so will I! The easiest lesson was that the programme is NOT off when it says it's off, but only a minute or so later when the beeps go- you told us why that is, which is nice. Next was the realisation that the temperature and timing controls, set to left and right, apply to whichever drawer you have selected with the '1' and '2' button, and not to the initial icon display immediately above them: I saw you hunting for what to do several times before you got it right. So there's hope for me... (It doesn't help that the instructions begin with the use of the larger, '1' drawer since most beginners would want to start with the smaller, '2' drawer- as you did.) The biggest issue I found was that, after messing around trying to set temperature and time and getting it all wrong, switching the machine off at the mains didn't restore temperature and time to OFF, as the manual implies. The previous settings are preserved. So the only way of starting with a clean slate is to manually set the temperature and time to the LOWEST possible, and then waiting that time, one minute, for the machine to go to OFF, awaiting the settings to cook the next meal after being switched on again at the mains. I wish I'd bought the Instant Vortex Dual, so much easier to operate having started AirFryer life with the Instant Vortex (single): esp. as this one does seem to cook slower. Still, practice make perfect, and your video certainly helps: thank you!
Thanks for the tutorial. I couldn't work out how to put off the side I wasn’t using or change the temperature so good I found your video. The instructions are useless. 😊
I've had the same model of air fryer for the last 10 months and happy with it. A medium chicken fits in the larger basket and cooks fine. I cook breast down for the first half, then turn it over for the last half of cooking.
I’ve had my double draw air fryer for yrs, I hate cleaning that drip tray at the bottom. Just in case you’re interested, I now have those silicon inserts that you can buy, so much easier to clean now, but I do prefer my glass oven, which they have now decided to call an air fryer.
Brilliant. I have just received mine and your tutorial has answered my questions.

Mmmm they look scrumptious
Do you need to pour oil on the bottom of the trays?
Not used any oil yet, but no definitely not oil in bottom of tray. Maybe a little rubbed into the food.
Looks lovely 👍😊
Do you know by any chance how to turn off the beeping sound? I couldn't find in the manual.
No. But as I sit in a different room I find it handy 😏
Can you change the volume of the beeping? that would drive me mad
Tried but can't find out bout that
Can you open the drawer before the timer goes off?
Yes I do to shake it a bit
What's the wattage?
2700watts
