Hi Trish, are you aware that UPS now requires a signature on all Dior deliveries? I called Dior and they said they do not require a signature if it is under $500 or less but there have been complaints so they are now aware this is the rule. Dior also said that all their deliveries are via UPS and they do not use another carried. UPS also said that no package can be on hold for pickup. 0:13
