I like to believe that in the timeline of this bad ending, Peppino was so panicked when he saw the tower collapsing, that in his haste he left everyone behind by accident and only noticed when he left.
This is actually extremely depressing, because when you comeplete the game even if you weren't the best, the ending still feels like an amazing reward, you see Peppino finally having a good time and manage to get some buddies and everything is just on point when it comes to happiness, so watching him just escaping alone, the cutscenes of him just there, makes me so sad, i feel bad for the peppino in this timeline man.
I personally think that the ending card at 13:35 is the worst one. Peppino shut down an entire tv show and very likely made many people depressed all because he couldnt save noise.

Honestly, i wanna see a pizza tower genocide route, where you kill *every single* enemy. Snotty included. Changes: remove the goofyness (after floor 2) .change the level theme to a slowed version of the pizzaface hallway song (or meatophobia)((after beating them)) (((or after floor 2))) .enemies now actively avoid you (like the chest guys) .every level is now barren after completion (including the toppins, john ((who is now in pieces where he normally is)),the priests,and gerome) ((Same with the bosses)) .each boss is now automatically at phase 2 ( they still have 2 full healthbars tho) ((maybe even 3)) .the pizzasonas, secrets, and lap 2 portals are all gone .pizza face doesnt even show up during pizza time (tho debug is required to access it),you just immediately die .the tv in the top right is now just static after floor 2. With of course,the sound of static. .peppino gets more aggressive throughout the game .none of your friends show up during TCTOP (dont worry they still get out) .all boss gates are free (past floor 2) .the *entire* tower is completely empty after a full playthrough (secrets included) .for the final judgements, peppino just stares at you, the the duration of said judgement. .also,as a last ditch effort, pizzahead yanks himself out of the top of the tower, starting a phase 4. Which uses the unused concept for phase 3 Also, extra thing i came up with, whenever you get to the rubble pile that was john, the level just ends Also: *boss ideas* Pepperman :he just stays the same Vigi: he uses the power invested in him by the souls of the cheeseslimes you mercilessly ran through to strike you down. The noise: he uses his phase 2 weapons for phase 1, then turns into super noise for phase 2 to, not only try to add more tension to the broadcast, but also just cause he’s getting bored and just wants the fight to be over. Fake peppino is more aggressive now, mimicking how peppino gets more aggressive throughout the game. he uses his clone attacks at the same time as his normal ones, there are limbs that sprout out the ground and the walls randomly,and his monster chase scene version has the same speed as he did pre-patch. Pizza head has the phase 4 I mentioned earlier Gustavo: he would go full super sayin (i think i spelled that right)mode, using attacks from prior bosses, and some of his own, he would spawn enemies in occasionally, hell he might even sick peddito on you. and would also have 4 full health bars. Also you can steal money from noisette’s cafe, resulting in her helping Gustavo out in the final battle. Also attempting to replay your geno save would just show you the crumbled tower then crash the game. The only way to get back into your geno save (after beating it)is to use debug. Also, extra thing. The pizza grannies in the hub never show up
Instead of having mr stick at the boss gates, it could have a note saying "please dont hurt my family" in reference to the same thing you can find in snowdin during genocide
Alternate history: when peppino was escaping a rock fall on the exit door and peppino din't escape, but his friends escaped., they thinked peppino was escaping, but he was dead.
this makes me wonder what their reactions would be. pepperman likely would be indifferent. noise would be bumbed out that the guy he liked to fight with is stone cold dead. vigilante would have a clear motive and drive to kill pizza head for causing the death of an innocent man. fake peppino wouldn't have someone to copy anymore possibly causing depression (if his goopy existence could even process that kind of emotion) gustavo would want to put pizza head's head on a pike and mr.stick would use peppino's death as a possible business opportunity (if he'd go that far that is)
Would be cool,if rematch fights there would be some blood particles after defeating some bosses. Pepperman with some blood squirting out after final blow or having his "hat" being ripped off. Vigilante having cheese splattered in the floor. Noise losing mask or something... Fake Peppino leaving a puddle and soaking into ground. Would be kinda... More disturbing with those details.
When I p-ranked the bosses I felt like I was killing them off (especially with the no hit achievements being the skeletons of the 5 bosses [with the exception of boss 2,4, and 5])
If I had gotten an S rank on CTOP I would have lost my 69% Tower completion... I had to hurt myself and not keep long combo streaks so id not lose the 69%
I have an idea for a new animation for this mod, you know when peppino enters a level he looks back at you? Well in CTOP when you enter the exit door, peppino looks back and hesitates to exit the tower due to him not having his friends by his side.

Story: after peppino escaped no one was there to help him, leaving him depressed and sad, then he said "i-a saved my-a restaurant but was-a it really-a worth it?" then he saw a shadow in the alley way, he thought it was gustavo but the shadow was the same size as peppino, maybe it could be pizzano? we're not sure yet, but the only thing the guy said to peppino was "sorry for what happened to your friends peppino", then after peppino gone home, he put gravestones of his friends on his back yard.
Seemingly such simple edits but even the simplest one of no characters during escape or ending cutscene with nobody other than Peppino is already depressing
True Ending:Get All Secret Treasures And Keep Snotty Alive Normal Ending:Beat The Game Bad Ending:Don't Save Anyone Worst Ending:Save Everyone But Not The Noise And Leave Him To Die
In order to trigger your friends not being there to be saved: You must kill over 2000 enemies (if thats possible, idk), you must donate the least amount of money to mr stick each floor, and also do not donate to mr mooney. You must get hurt 30 times as gustavo in each level where hes playable. And the same with mort. You also must get a p rank on every boss, including pizzaface. But perhaps, worst of all... You MUST kill snotty. Then, in CTOP, no one will be there for you to rescue. This ending with play out, and youll get a new judgement of "alone" with peppino standing in front of a grave, just like in the thumbnail. However, the cut, "That judgement was final. Please try a new file" message will pop up. You cannot delete this save, nor play on it ever again. The screen will always display static when selected, althought normally it would display peppino, gustavo, or the noise. Below the percentage, the word alone will appear, gray and stone like, similar to the text is the wasteyard level.
I feel like the "That Judgement was Final" part was scrapped for a good reason. As an alternative, may I suggest being not able to play on it UNTIL you can't play on any other file? That way, people that REAAAAAAAAAAALLY suck as Gustavo but are amazing as Peppino can't softlock the game by getting this EVERY. TIME.

The first time you have a problem is if you’re going through something and you’re trying something new you need a break and then you’re not doing anything to it because it’s going through a new problem that is the same problem as the first time you have to do something new and then you have to do something different and then you have to do something else and you end it because you’re trying something different so that’s not the problem you end something different that’s not what you’re doing.

In order to trigger your friends not being there to be saved: You must kill over 2000 enemies (if thats possible, idk), you must donate the least amount of money to mr stick each floor, and also do not donate to mr mooney. You must get hurt 30 times as gustavo in each level where hes playable. And the same with mort. You also must get a p rank on every boss, including pizzaface. But perhaps, worst of all... You MUST kill snotty. Then, in CTOP, no one will be there for you to rescue. This ending with play out, and youll get a new judgement of "alone" with peppino standing in front of a grave, just like in the thumbnail. However, the cut, "That judgement was final. Please try a new file" message will pop up. You cannot delete this save, nor play on it ever again. The screen will always display static when selected, althought normally it would display peppino, gustavo, or the noise. Below the percentage, the word alone will appear, gray and stone like, similar to the text is the wasteyard level.

I feel like the "That Judgement was Final" part was scrapped for a good reason. As an alternative, may I suggest being not able to play on it UNTIL you can't play on any other file? That way, people that REAAAAAAAAAAALLY suck as Gustavo but are amazing as Peppino can't softlock the game by getting this EVERY. TIME.

U have to let the timer run out first
After time runs out, peppino turns to the sprite where it goes times up (except for the one where he screams and the bg) then it will reveal a cutscene where the tower falls showing up everyone (which the ones u manage to follow u) as a ghost staring at peppino, then credits shows up, the credits is the same shown on the video except everyone is a ghost
This heavily reminds me of the bad ending in sonic 2 where it’s Implied tails died
